I’ve been a loyal DoorDash customer for over a year, ordering multiple times a week. But after this recent experience, I’ll never use them again. I paid for a meal and was delivered someone else’s order. I sent them clear photo evidence showing it wasn’t mine. The name, the food, everything was wrong and they still refused to give me a refund for what I paid for and didn’t receive. Even worse, I had just paid for the yearly DashPass subscription hours before this happened, which they also refuse to refund. I’ve had plenty of orders in the past with missing or wrong items, and every time I only requested a refund for what I didn’t get. Never once for something I actually received. But this time I got nothing I ordered, and they still denied my refund. This company clearly does not care about its customers and takes no accountability for their mistakes. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. DoorDash should be shut down with the amount of complaints they’ve received on the Better Business Bureau website.
