DoorDash usually delivers on time and the app is easy to use. However, I’ve had a few orders arrive late or missing items. Customer support was helpful but sometimes slow to respond. Overall, it’s convenient but not always reliable.

Do not use Door Dash if you are ordering your lunch at work. The last 4 times, I order my lunch an hour prior to my scheduled lunch and still had to wait at the MOST, an hour. Yesterday, the Door Dasher was just across the road and she chose to get more orders before delivering my meal. And to top it all off, the safety seal was broken. I do have the Dasher’s name and phone number for future reference.

Ordered at 4:45. It is now 9:40 and order has STILL not arrived! They said it was delivered, but provided not photo.

I can’t begin with how tired I am of DoorDash. I only order from them when the restaurant I want is not available on other apps. Sometimes the food is nasty quite frankly, which is not their fault however when I leave them a detailed note about what was wrong with my food + pics of how it was not up to par. (I order from places I eat all the time so I know what it normally tastes like) I end up forced to just sit there with this disgusting food and money spent so F DoorDash. Thank you for reading.

This company literally steals from you. If there are too many issues with orders which happen quite often considering drivers don’t check what they’re picking up most of the time. Then your account is flagged and they will just deny refunds on items you literally don’t receive.

I am a Dasher and I have been talking to these people for 3 Days about my completion rate being stuck at 94%! I work for doordash full time and there is no way possible with me completing orders after accepting them that I should be stuck at a silver status! I'm starting to believe that doordash is fraud. None of the customer service Representatives can help me with why my completion rate is stuck at 94%. After accepting and completing multiple orders, they can't explain it to me! Working for them is a bad experience! I quit my job to do this and this is where it has landed me.

If zero were an option, I would select it. Their refund policy is a joke; even when the order is completely off, I did not request a refund; instead, I asked for a re-order, which I was told I would get a $6 refund on a $27+ order that was completely wrong. I deleted my account, with no intent to return either.

DoorDash just stole my money and my food. The driver kept my food and ate it. They did not deliver it and would not refund me my hard earned money.

When my cash withdrawal was denied and my account access suddenly restricted, I feared the worst. It's a common issue, and I understand why people lose faith in platforms. But thanks to Mrs. Mercy and her amazing support team, I was able to recover my funds and regain confidence in the process

Do not use them. They over charge on delivery fees and they take your money. I made a $50 order and tipped $10 and the order was missing more than half of my items. When I contacted support they denied me a refund because of their policy and would not tell me what part of their policy denied me a refund. They are shady. Save your money and use uber eats or now of days most places have their own delivery apps.

So wrong! I placed an order and get a message that they've substituted an item in my order without checking with me. I call back to customer service to report the issue and cancel the order. In the interaction it was not made known to me that I will only be getting back my delivery fees and not the cost of my dishes. I paid some 52 CAD and they were refunding me 8 CAD !!! The service person gives me choice of a refund and asks me if he can cancel my order. Then tells me I get 8 CAD back ! wow.. If Doordash really needs to make money like this then I'd rather not be part of them ! its so wrong!

DoorDash driver created an unsafe environment for us, the customers. Driver didn’t follow delivery instructions and delivered to the wrong door. When I went out to pick up the food the driver got out of his car and charged towards me causing me to fear for my safety. Additionally, our food was soggy and drinks were spilled.

I place an order on 6-2-25 at like 9:50 am . Tried caller the driver several times. Call the customer service for DoorDash and they tried calling the driver no answer. I went yo Starbucks due to it said the dasher was waiting on the ordered. In return no driver was there and they said several people has came for my order and one person picked it up. So I ended up canceling my ordered and was told it will take 5 to 10 business day to get my refund. This is crazy how I’m suppose to be ok with the passing around of my food. If I would have gotten a DoorDash credit it was immediately but back to my card is delayed. Very bad service and unsafe delivery I would not recommend using DoorDash to anyone .

My DINNER order was CANCELLED and DoorDash DID NOT NOTIFY ME! Too late to order from any other place. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that? BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE & STUPID. I always used DD for my order. NEVER AGAIN!

This was my last time using DoorDash. They either cancel your order after you wait a long time or they deliver only a portion of it and issue a refund for what you didn’t get. What good is the r to only get some or none of your food? I can’t believe any business partners with these clowns 😡

It’s my fourth time using DoorDash and I finally decided to go with Wendy’s and even though they got it wrong it was almost impossible to reach DoorDash itself. The driver told me to call Wendy’s. Wendy’s told me to call DoorDash. I got the runaround I will not deal with them again.
