“The last two times I ordered from doordash my order was not delivered to my door like I required. The first time, I tried making a customer complaint for which I was given a small credit and the second time my order ended up somewhere on the other side of town. Not even worth complaining anymore, I know to expect the same shoddy "I don't care about doing my job properly" service. Totally lost my business forever, it's not worth the trouble when I just want to eat.”

“U better stop order feom.door dash they denied my refund after driver was past my house but marked complete i took a screen shot showing he was past my house when he marked delivered my credit card company will get my money back but u all need to not.deal with them your gonna have to get up and go get your own food feom now on”

“I ordered avocado toast eggs and smoked salmon from First Watch delivered by doordash. I watched the tracker as the driver drove around in Circles obviously lost. When they only arrived I asked did you get lost because I don't want cold eggs. Kiana answered no she had another delivery. I did not see her vehicle stop in route to me. You pre tip for the driver's service. Cold eggs and toast is definitely bad service. I will never use them again. Based on BBB bad reviews they're not going to last long.”

“DoorDash is not a trustworthy company if you so happy not to receive your food and it’s not your fault. They still keep your money and tell you that they are not gonna refund you and that’s that so your kids go hungry especially if it’s your last dollar.”

“DoorDash has became a freaking joke I can’t count how many times I’ve paid for things I didn’t receive and than they won’t reimburse for the things because of passed issues that I also didn’t receive. Definitely time to switch to Uber Eats at this point.”

“I ordered from a grocery store. I was supposed to get 30% off any order over $90. It wouldn't let me use it. I went to customer service they said to come back after my order was delivered. After my order was delivered I went back sent them a screenshot of the coupon, they said they couldn't help me. This has happened more than once with doordash. Once you pay you're basically screwed. Buyer Beware, I'll be canceling my subscription immediately.”

“I placed an order, dasher on the way had issue and cancelled order, website then went down. Customer service by phone had issued refund in credits, site was unusable. I requested it go back to my original payment. that takes up to 7 days. Being disabled on fixed income I can't afford to get any food now for a week. If I could give doordash zero stars I would. I recommend not using them. very upsetting.”

“I ordered a meal from Culver’s and received nothing I ordered. They gave me a dairy queen order which is not what I asked for then when I called support they claimed they cannot receive a refund saying basically I ordered at my own risk”

“I ordered from 99 in Portsmouth New Hampshire door dash had my address in Portsmouth New Hampshire and I spent $90 dollars and I called the driver after 50 minutes and he was in Salisbury Massachusetts and took my food home and eaten it I called door dash and lost my $90 Dollars door dash is a joke never use them if you want to lose money and food”

“I ordered from IHOP today. Was very specific about my building number and apartment because ai live in a large complex, and asked to be met at the door because of this. Was following the delivery car on the map and as soon as I knew the deliver was close, I went outside my building to wait. Nothing came. Kara, the delivery person just posted a photo of another building in the complex and left! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I WANT MY $48 BACK!”

“Why even offer the service in a smallish (6000population town) during times there are no dashers? Ordered food at 6pm, did not receive anything till the next morning and that was the app giving me a refund. If there are no dashers in the area, don’t allow us to order.”

“Door dash robbed me of $189.22 I placed a pick up order on 7/19 through Al Pan Pan through DoorDash which confirmed and accepted my order and even told me it was ready but when I got to the restaurant there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day because of the World Cup final. Al pan pan said I had to make a claim through DoorDash. DoorDash denied e claim even though they confirmed that the restaurant was closed on 7/19. They refused to give me a refund.”

“DoorDash has always been hit or miss but now they’ve updated their service fees for smaller orders or longer distances and the money goes to them?? so now I have to pay five dollars extra per order for what?? Look for my food and the time in the help menu just keeps getting later and later all while saying “15 minutes””
