“Doordash customer service workers are awful and terrible, I almost had an allergic reaction because of a mistake made with my order and when i tried to get a refund they gave me partial money and not a full refund even though i wasn’t able to eat my meal and almost had an allergic reaction, when i tried to contact someone i had multiple people straight up ignore me, all they said was sorry but i can’t do anything, so doordash will allow people’s health to be at risk and there isn’t anything they can do to make these situations right. At one point i was on a chat with an agent for customer service, and i was trying to explain the situation to him and he straight up just ended the chat without even discussing my issue with me.”

“Doordash keeps overcharging my account. There were three separate occasions where they overcharged my bank account but their receipts were not adding up. When I talked to customer service they were very unclear about why they kept over charging my account. Absolute worst place to have food delivered from use a different source.”

“Always a problem when ordering from DoorDash. They didn’t want to refund me my money when my order never showed up. It’s definitely not worth ever ordering from DoorDash. People lie and steal the food continuously, but if you put a complaint in it’s a lie”

“I’m in the hospital. I ordered DoorDash never got it. The store didn’t want to do anything to help but yet I was told by my update texts that the store is who I contact with problems. So now I’m out over $25. Every single time I ordered with DoorDash. It’s been a problem and Cheba hut didn’t wanna help.”

“You refused to refund me my money fir a $35.00 order that was not mine. Instead your Supervisor insisted that I would only be refunded $6.00 whixh is unacceptable for something I did not order. You guys have to do better when it comes to our money and dispute the issus with the restaurant if the error made is on them. I will never use Door Dash again because the customer service is thee worst.”

“Ordered 2 burgers , a large poutine and small fries. Came to $40.00 Get it and poutine has NO GRAVY NO CHEESE CURDS. Drove to were it was delivered from and showed the our actual order and door dash sent the store large poutine ( no sauce no toppings) . Basically the store put a small fries in a large poutine plastic box and was ok charging $6.54 for it!?? Doordashes pathetic "sorry " was to offer $1.00 compensation..... 1st of all who the F would order a poutine with no gravy or cheese curds? 2nd Doordash has the audacity to try and send $1.00 for botching order not to mention me having to drive to wendys myself wait for correct order then back. 3rd They then say okay we will compensate $5.00. Are you kidding me? Zero integrity as a company to offer less...not once but twice for the item that was not ever remotely close to what I paid for. This is how you run a business? If I could give zero stars I would !!”

“DRIVER CAME IN TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND ASKED WHERE A CERTAIN ROOM WAS HE WAS TOLD I WATCHED HIM WALK DOWN THE HALL TO SAID ROOM HE PUT THE BAG 🎒 ON THE FLOOR SNAPPED A PICTURE 📸 AND LEFT BAG ON THE FLOOR AND LEFT I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THEIR HOURS WERE 8 AM TIL 4 PM THIS THIS BEHAVIOR SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED BY THE COMPANY”

“DoorDash sucks in NY. When the driver has stolen my order (3 times this year) or is 45 minutes late (multiple times), customer service is a joke when you can actually get hold of someone. I knowingly avoid DoorDash. DO NOT USE THIS DRKIVERY SERVICE. THEY SUCK”

“I’m trying to sign up to become a dasher. However, while completing my application it’s showing inland empire is not available, but I don’t live anywhere near there. I call customer service and my options. Are to get a new phone with a new number to create a new account. Or check back every Sunday to hope they let me become active in Inland empire. I never even got to put in a zip code for them to populate that. Customer service can’t fix or solve anything they are pointless to have for these situations. So I’m stuck in limbo and unless to take advantage, I definitely recommend instacart, spark, Uber eats or anywhere else.”

“This company is an absolute scam. I cannot recommend strongly enough for people to avoid DoorDash. (In contrast, Instacart has consistently been an excellent service for me -- which is just to say that some of these companies are quite good, reliable, and fair. DoorDash is not one of them.)”

“Loved DoorDash in the beginning, not so much now. Drivers taking to many delivers, 2, 3 and 4 at the same time. Different places and then there across town from each other, so food is delivered late and cold. No way to change tip in DoorDash anymore, you have to call to get tip removed. I really hope DoorDash fixes this problem, but as for me I just deleted my account.”
