Recently, I made an order through DoorDash in Warner Robins, Georgia. The item I ordered was not the item I received. Also, the item I ordered was not shown on the official order DoorDash could see on their end. Customer “service” insisted I made a mistake. But I always order the same item; have never ordered the wrong item. Right and wrong items were far apart on retailer website. To select wrong item, I would have had to scroll way down and then make a finger slip. Customer service would not take my word for the problem. They poo pooed the idea there might be a bug in DoorDash software or a bug in the interface between DoorDash and retailer software. They only believed what was shown on official order and would not give me a refund. And they brushed off my problem with a script: I should check my orders in the future (there will be no future) and they were sorry for my experience. Before you place an order with DoorDash, it’s a good idea to take a screenshot of the web page with the items you are ordering. Then, after you place an order, take a screenshot of the order page-- if it shows the items you ordered. Make sure all screenshots include the time and date at bottom right corner of laptop screen. This way, you’ll have proof of what you ordered and when you ordered it.

Be careful, I was charged $25.00 as an undelivered fee. I am a subscriber and I am still being charged all the stupid junk fees.

I placed an order that included a drink. The dasher delivered the meal without the drink and DoorDash said that it wasn’t eligible for credit, refund or redelivery. How is me paying for an order that includes a drink and bc I didn’t receive one ineligible for compensation? It was their driver who should have paid attention and made sure I got my entire order. Make it make sense

Placed an order. Was informed by DoorDash “issue with order, being rerouted to another store”. They without my authorization charged my account a second time. Then the second order never arrived after waiting more than an hour with my friends. Contacted DoorDash to tell me “we’re so sorry, the 2nd order was cancelled too. We will refund you the two times you were charged and give you $20 for the inconvenience”.

I ordered from Door dash for Father’s Day. The meals I received were cold and beyond well done. Could not hardly cut the meat. I called DoorDash and got nowhere. Asked for supervisor. Waited on hold for over 20 min only to be told I was being connected. Click hung up. I was told to to talk to where I got meal and then they told me it was dash issue. Will NEVER support this company in any way. Absolutely horrible service . What a major league rip off!!

If you order from doordash in the LaFollette, jacksboro, caryville area of Tennessee then beware. There is a dasher called Parris that drives a white ford truck now that brings cats, and dogs in the car letting them run loose with your food in the car. He's often has hair all over him am looks and smells like he has been dragged through a farm. He even took his cat in Dunkin donuts and put it on the counter near drinks being made and open. I was there, I saw it myself! I have called doordash about this but they could.care less and said they don't have a policy on that. Who knows what else is going on if they let this guy delivery to you. Many complaints have been submitted but nothing done. I and many of my friend no longer order from through them. It's just discussing!!!!

A couple weeks ago, the wrong order was delivered to my house. On my last order (which will be the last), my order was changed to three different dashers and the chat was entirely unhelpful. My dasher did not message back. I may add that this was quite a simple order of two scoops of ice cream. I am highly dissatisfied and appalled at the customer service.

Has said dasher is on their way twice now and then all of a sudeen theyre clear across town. Takes forever to get orders. We just canceled the orders. Id rather waste the gas and leave work to run across the street to go get our orders. Need to do better.

Ive used door dash for years in multiple cities across washington state. Seattle, Bellingham, Ferndale, Omak. On MOST occasions they are AT LEAST acceptable. On a few occasions they go above and beyond. I myself drove for door dash for a year. That being said....today I was treated worse by a driver then Ive ever been treated by customer service in any establishment ANYWHERE (and Im nearly 50....so Ive had MANY experiences with customer service.) This driver (in Wenatchee WA) called me. I answered to hear "just leave it, if it's stolen it's stolen" I TRIED explaining we'd just been allowed back to our rooms after a fire alarm. He hung up on me and left my order on a downtown street. When I told him Id left a review he informed me he was a top dasher....so my complaint showed what kind if person I was. I left an in app review, I called customer service and made a complaint. I was given $5.00....less then I tip competent drivers. I canceled my dash pass membership and will try other companies going forward.

I am always missing an item from my orders. I have made the decision to cancel my subscription. From experience with speaking to customer service, they really do not care about my issues I have constantly. They have enough subscribers that my subscription is not important to DoorDash. I am always told I have to pay the delivery fee if I order the missing items, although I paid the original delivery fee. I should not be charged two delivery fees if they are the ones that made the mistake.

They don't pay driver right make them go 17 miles for $9 if you don't take order the ding you for it they are a horrible company to work for they fatten there pockets and it's us doing the work wear and tear on cars and gas prices they don't care I hope more people will stand up so we can put them in check.

I have had something missing from every order this week, and when I report it, im told I don't qualify for compensation. So you take my money, and don't make sure all items are in the bag, but u make sure to take a mandatory tip, all while stealing my money and or food. Horrible service

Extremely disappointed with DoorDash. My order never arrived, and the estimated delivery time kept changing throughout the entire process. Every time I checked the app, the ETA was pushed back further with no clear explanation. After waiting far longer than expected, I still never received my food PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE BETTER TO GO UBER EATS. On top I never got my order they didn’t want to refund me they want to give credit as if I would ever order from here. Terrible service

I ordered from a restaurant that uses Door Dash. Well the driver took my order to a liquor store! My address was at the top next to the name of this liquor store! Why IDK!! But he ignored my address so I called him he didn’t speak good English but he said call door dash that was it. Call them they said they’d review it. That means ignore you. So I called just now a machine told me I’m NOT getting a refund!!

Very bad service this application all the time they make mistakes and when you call customer service they solve nothing terrible service I just ordered $50 of food and it didn't arrive I called and they told me that they were going to refund me $12

They overcharged me for items a little bit at a time. The supervisor would not offer a a refund and said that it’s normal to overpay for items. I would use a different platform or only for emergencies.

I really can't even give a star after tonight . I have been dealing a long time with them. There are times it is the dasher and cause they speak Spanish and no English and then when they show up the food is cold and when the restaurant messes up they won't let the driver go back and get it and then they want to argue that they can't send free drivers and say it is the place the food comes from. They careless that people are handicap and that is why they use them. I was on the phone for an hour arguing and they still didn't want to help and my food ended up being even colder cause I couldn't eat it. Still waiting for my reorder. I am done with these people. Waiting for refunds and credits as well.

DoorDash is absolutely unacceptable—it's not just the drivers, but the entire company that fails to meet basic service standards. I've given them multiple chances to improve, yet each time, my orders are incomplete or delivered to the wrong address. On one occasion, I ordered several items, and when the delivery time came and went, I eventually fell asleep. When I woke up, I discovered my order was left outside, but the alcoholic beverages I ordered were missing. Their website informed me I was receiving a mere $1.05 refund within 3-5 days on a $34.98 order. When I called customer service, I was told that since the driver didn't make contact to deliver the spirits, my order was declared abandoned, and I was ineligible for a full refund. They claimed the driver took my drinks back to Meijer, which is completely absurd. Let’s be real—no driver is going to make the effort to return alcohol. I made it clear that their practices are likely illegal, and I will not hesitate to report them to the Better Business Bureau because they are scamming innocent customers. This company is a disgrace and needs to be held accountable for its actions.

Drivers keep canceling it was an issue on there system they said they were going to get it reorder and make sure I get my order guess what 3 hours after I ordered finally got my food through skip the dish avoid door dash
