Door Dash continues to send our orders to the wrong address! And, no help at all to retrieve our order and deliver to the correct address! Not good customer service in my book!!

Door dash takes 15-30% of the bill that you place EACH time! They mark up prices and then charge you three separate fees to layer one big one really. Not to mention recently they've been ignoring wrong orders and will you send you a few cents instead of the entire thing and there's nobody to talk to about besides rude help agents. Lets just admit we've been scammed.

NO customer service at all. DoorDash accepts orders, sends orders to vendors, and WILL NOT refund order costs even though there are NO DASHERS in your area and the order will NEVER BE delivered. The app shows the locations you can order delivery from and they accept the order and charge you. Simple fix.... don't order from the vender until a DASHER is confirmed to be actually available. DoorDash should be responsible for the order, NOT the customer, when DoorDash accepts an order that can't be delivered due to their own problems.

I was given a gift card worth $50... it took a phone caĺl to customer service to get the credit added to my account. I placed an order and waited 45 minutes, only to get a message that my order was canceled. When I called back to ask why, I was told that DOORDASH had to review my case and I did not hear from them again. They stole my money... no response, no refund and no apology. DOORDASH is a dishonest and unscrupulous company.

It seems like doordash hires drug heads I've ordered food from them before multiple times it seems like 85% of their drivers or a least I've had seem to be under the influence of drugs sad that they hire without drug test

I have been using Door dash for awhile now. Lately they have been letting the merchant and their drivers get away with things. Not delivering part of the order, delivery of different things in place of what you ordered. The last thing was ordered a couple of pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. Receipt shows it was paid for. Driver delivers the pizza but no drink. Then wants to argue about it. Worst part is I only speak English and he only speak Spanish. I showed him the receipt for the drink and he said no. Only 2 taps the 2 pizzas.

My Dasher is normally late. And one time, the driver changed 3 times and then went silent with no dasher assigned. Never order on peak times. Unfortunately, despite their competition (Uber) is more reliable, since I signed on DoorPass…I am stuck.

⭐☆☆☆☆ DoorDash is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. Every time they mess up an order (and it happens way too often), they act like they’re doing you a favor by handing out a partial credit instead of fixing the issue. This last order, I didn’t get my chips and salsa at all, and there was no way to even report that the churro came with no chocolate sauce. So I got charged full price for food I never received or couldn’t enjoy properly — and DoorDash’s “solution” was to give me a fraction of the cost back. Their app is designed to make it easy to spend money, but impossible to actually get help when they screw up. After this latest mess, I deleted my account for good. Too many other delivery services out there to keep putting up with this kind of shady, half-assed “support.”

I've had food delivered a few times through Doordash and 80% of these orders I experienced problems. Excessive fees and higher cost for deliver food is common with all delivery services but drivers being extremely late and not delivering your order is more likely with doordash I've experienced drivers bring food to my address take a picture of the delivery and then take the food back with them, partial orders delivered and here lately driver pulled up to my address never got out turned around in my neighbors driveway and kept my food not realizing I captured everything on camera including car and tag#. I know drivers aren't paid a lot so I guest she needed to feed her family Reported a complaint to doordash and requested a refund a d amount they refunded was less than the amount they charged my account I questioned the customer service rep why the difference and I was told the additional fees must be from my bank...BS the bank pay the amount requested from doordash I'm done dealing with delivery services and get my sorry ass up and pick up my own food save myself $20 plus dollars in fees and tips

I have ordered from door dash many times in the past 2 months all of my order have been missing items or the items have been wrong. i ordered 3 happy meals for my kids because my husband was a t work an di cant drive so my kids didn't get there happy meals nor there toys because the meals were wrong i didn't even receive the meal for my 3rd child. and i called door dash support i couldn't even get my money back. or reorder the food.

i order all the time. All other orders went well. My order last night was over an hour and a half late. The dasher claimed she had to wait a very long time for someone to get their food. I don't beleive her. I don't know what she was doing but it wasn't her job. When I contacted DoorDash online, they only offered a $10.00 credit. Far from what I paid! Terrible customer service.

I'm a dasher. DoorDash overly charges people to order items so then the customers hardly tip the drivers. But we're not just drivers. We go pick up the customers items, sometimes waiting 15 minutes or more for their orders, using our gas, our wear and tear in our vehicles, our time and effort and hardly ever get tips. Plus the dasher app messes up about 90% of the time. I wouldn't be dashing if I didn't need the money. The DoorDash owners could be a lot more generous with paying the drivers. And customers could be generous as well with leaving money tips.

Ordered $175 worth of food last night and it kept saying Dasher is is at the restaurant waiting for your food. Said this for 45 minutes, text and called driver, no answer. Called restaurant and they said our food was picked up 40 minutes ago. So the driver picked up my food and went and fed their family apparently. Got my card refunded.

It’s frustrating when you get a great deal with DoorDash, but the driver can’t be bothered to check the receipt to make sure all items are included. I get sometimes the bags are sealed, and they can’t check, but my recent order was not sealed, the bag was wide open with the receipt attached. DoorDash did credit me the amount of the item, but not the full price of course because of the discounts I received. The problem is, now to order that exact same item. I am literally paying more than I did for the entire first order because now I have to pay fees and there are no discounts. It wasn’t a very large order and it wouldn’t have taken more than 30 seconds to take this additional step.

Yeah its convenient But rarely satisfactory. Delivery took over an hour with estimated 15 min wait time. Food was cold and greasy and stale. Over $30 dollars in icky food fed to the dog. Plus a standard 20% tip. Which quite frankly the service provided wasnt worth.

I waited almost an hour for an order that usually comes in 30 minutes.Makes me wonder if my food was messed with.The burger was cool and flat.Unfortunately,the driver gets the blame.
