I’m very upset with DoorDash. I have been a member of DoorDash for years I even have dash pass. I have been receiving unacceptable food burnt food orders that wasn’t mine and then when I called today for a refund, they say I have been abusing the why not hold these restaurants accountable for their poor work and food so this is why I’m leaving this review because I felt like it was wrong and then you took my money today and with no food

I order an entree and side dish regularly from a restaurant. It's hit or miss for the side dish. Sometimes they don't have it, even though it's on the menu. To their credit, DD has refunded me in the past when the wrong item was sent instead. However, without warning that there is a limit to this practice, my refund request was denied due to account history. I asked for this one-time consideration now that I know not to order it again. Denied. They have no appreciation for customer goodwill to refund such a small amount for them. >:-(

Door Dash has poor customer service in that when the restaurant mistakenly excludes an item, or the Dasher delivers item to the wrong address, Door Dash does not mediate on the customer s behalf. The customer must self mediate by calling Door Dash to request a resolution. Door Dash very rarely mitigates the issue in a timely or favorably manner. Door Dash needs to hold restaurants and merchants more accountable. Door Dash also needs to resolve problems more speedily and issue refunds promptly without the customer having to wait 7 to 10 days. Door Dash also should offer more courtesy credits towards future purchases if they want customer business and loyalty. I have used Door Dash service for over a year and I rate them a 1 or 2 out of 10. Time to take my business elsewhere.

In the app should be already built in that customers have to tip minimum 18% of order doordash has been screwing drivers around no wonder we are declining orders!

DoorDash has the most irritating ridiculous commercials I have ever seen in my entire life. And a company that would spend money on commercials this stupid doesn't deserve to have my business. Watching them makes me think yRou would have to be insane to use a company that doesn't have a brain in their head. I would have to be starving to death to place an order for food and let you deliver it if this company spends their money on commercials this stupid, how can they be trusted to have employees who know what to do.

My last order was delivered to the wrong address but I was still charged. I cancelled my subscription and will not use in the future. Uber Eats is now my choice.

App will only sometimes offer a credit or refund when orders take over an hour to be "on the way". Then the delivery person makes multiple stops before going to you. Pick a different service, or pick up your food yourself until Doordash gets its act together.

The Dasher delivered to house a couple of blocks away, claimed her GPS wouldn’t stop at wrong house and rude when called, street name wrong, address wrong. Photo was obviously not my house. Door Dash customer service wouldn’t reorder from store or give refund. And no follow up call from store or Door Dash!

Delivery from the Cheesecake Factory, Peoria, March 20, 2026 - dinner: After many good experiences both on-site and with delivery from this location, last night's experience was anything but. Quesadilla orders arrived A-OK, but not the rest unfortunately. The Shepherd's Pie was not sealed and gravy was all over the bag and soaked into the bread which was in separate paper bags. The Truffle-honey chicken was good but the butter container inside was empty as it had spilled throughout the food in that container. This is the first negative for this site ...either the food was not properly sealed at the source, or the delivery was rough, or a combination of both. In this case I would say the delivery was anything but gentle. This was an expensive experience and our anniversary to boot. Not pleased. Ref: Table 998 CK# 626. Have a wonderful day, Wayne

My food has been delivered to the wrong address many different times with DoorDash the drivers are usually nice but I feel like DoorDash need to have a better system with having thorough confirmations of the addresses they deliver to, dishonest people are eating food for free that someone else paid for, I usually don’t have a problem getting a refund, but the point of it all is that a delivery service is for convenience. It’s not convenient when the food is delivered to the wrong address and then the person or people take advantage of the food being delivered, knowing that they didn’t order it.

So tired of Door Dash adding an order to the driver and then our order which was picked up first is the last one delivered. Then when you complain you get met with an AI response that leads you nowhere. Seems like this company doesn’t care about customers. We use Door Dash up to 5 times per week and now we’re officially done. Goodbye

Door dash drivers should make sure the package delivered gets to the recipient. I live in an apartment building that is secure. The package was left outside the door. It could easily have been stolen. The driver did not bother to call me to tell me it was outside. Very poor customer service.

Door dash takes 15-30% of the bill that you place EACH time! They mark up prices and then charge you three separate fees to layer one big one really. Not to mention recently they've been ignoring wrong orders and will you send you a few cents instead of the entire thing and there's nobody to talk to about besides rude help agents. Lets just admit we've been scammed.

NO customer service at all. DoorDash accepts orders, sends orders to vendors, and WILL NOT refund order costs even though there are NO DASHERS in your area and the order will NEVER BE delivered. The app shows the locations you can order delivery from and they accept the order and charge you. Simple fix.... don't order from the vender until a DASHER is confirmed to be actually available. DoorDash should be responsible for the order, NOT the customer, when DoorDash accepts an order that can't be delivered due to their own problems.

I was given a gift card worth $50... it took a phone caĺl to customer service to get the credit added to my account. I placed an order and waited 45 minutes, only to get a message that my order was canceled. When I called back to ask why, I was told that DOORDASH had to review my case and I did not hear from them again. They stole my money... no response, no refund and no apology. DOORDASH is a dishonest and unscrupulous company.

It seems like doordash hires drug heads I've ordered food from them before multiple times it seems like 85% of their drivers or a least I've had seem to be under the influence of drugs sad that they hire without drug test

I have been using Door dash for awhile now. Lately they have been letting the merchant and their drivers get away with things. Not delivering part of the order, delivery of different things in place of what you ordered. The last thing was ordered a couple of pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. Receipt shows it was paid for. Driver delivers the pizza but no drink. Then wants to argue about it. Worst part is I only speak English and he only speak Spanish. I showed him the receipt for the drink and he said no. Only 2 taps the 2 pizzas.
