Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for my order to start moving. Contacted support and agent Reyaz was rather rude and condescending. Food arrived cold and the only offer was a $6 refund on a $68 dollar cold order. Not at all pleased with Door Dash on this one.

Be careful if you live in an apartment complex, even if you give extra directions, like, 2nd floor, left. This is what I do every order. 5 times now the doordash delivery person didn't even enter my building. They left it outside the door in 20 degree weather. This tells me they have zero common sense. It's a gamble every time I order something. The delivery people are obviously not given good job descriptions. It's a very poor service.

Overpricing food. McDonald's McDonald's doubles, buy 1 , 2nd 1 is $1. But through Doordash they are over $4. Each as many as you order. 2 mc doubles amd a coke at McDonald's is $6.24 but through Doordash over $24.00 New Years Resolution No More Doordash, was ordering 2 to 3 times a day in 2024

Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm and it arrived 7:15pm. We watched live as the driver stop at 3 houses prior to delievering to us. Our pizza was lukewarm. A huge dissappointment. When i complained to Doordash they offered a $3.00 credit for a $35 pizza order plus $5.00 tip.for driver.

Decent for getting food delivered. Absolutly terrible at fixing mistakes either on their end or mine. They used to have pretty good support, but now it's trash.

This is the second time I've got my food cold, not like warm but cold. The restaurant is literally 5 minutes away. Then I get the message my dasher is completing another order first and they are going in the opposite direction of my place. Maybe door dash should supply their drivers with equipment to keep my damn food at least warm. I have pick up food from the same restaurant and it has never been cold when I got home. I guess I can only use door dash for cold food orders and pick up my own hot then maybe my dinner will still have some heat. I think I'm done with Door dash. Cold food isn't a convenience

I ordered Pizza Hut. After the order i expressly stated i only had 2-20 dollar bills and for the driver to have change...i planned to tip the driver 7 dollars. Whwn the driver finally arrived she informed me she had no change.. how convienant for her...im quite upset and plan to never buy thru doordash again

Door Dasher Tamika stole my order! It’s a shame people like that have to ruin it for others that’s actually trying their best to provide for their families. I will NEVER have my order delivered! Shame on you! I requested for my order to be handed to me because I live in a new area and it can be confusing to find. I didn’t receive a call or text. I even called and texted the driver! Nothing back! The only reason why I’m giving DoorDash a 2 star is because they did refund me my money and more! But shame on the person who stole my food.

The doordash driver Anthony not only delivered to the wrong address,when I called him to have him deliver to my house he got angry on the phone using the "F" word, again saying "Fu@@"when he handed me my bbn order in the middle of the street, then squealed his tires when he left nearly running me down in the process. Reckless driving and foul language don't impress customers. I did get a whopping $5.00 credit for his behavior and a refund for the order but that ino way covers his language or lousy attitude and reckless driving.

Doordash charged me $96 for the yearly fee when I only signed up for the monthly fee. Contacted their customer service representative, where they told me they were unable to refund me and "educated" me on how to choose properly (my eyesight and memory are fully functional fyi). Needless to say displeased with their customer service (or rather lack thereof) and going to dispute this charge with my bank .

I keep getting ripped off with this dash pass I pay for it monthly but then they stick a 96 yearly fee on my account. I tell them I did not approve that or ask for them to change it to the yearly but they will do nothing about it they will keep your money.

I made an order and it was immediately canceled and told my money would be returned in 5-7 days , when I called customer support the guy refused to do anything to help me, said that the merchant cancelled it so I called the merchant and they said they had no idea what happened that they never did that.

I have used DoorDash many times and except for a few glitches it has been fine. Here is why I am giving this low review. -my apt complex is in area that has many different complexes that are off of a main rd. Mine however are not mixed in with those. I have put detailed location instructions on the website which I have been told by drivers works very well. For some reason the drivers rarely access this and end up in the other highly populated area of apts by following the map on the doordash website. -My latest problem however has caused me to change to Uber eats. On Nov 1st I ordered a meal then decided to add an additional item. I followed the prompt on the website and added the item. When the driver came she had two meals and I questioned this as I thought she had given me someone else’s order. She advised that she had to deliver according to her information regardless of what I told her. The problem was that when I added the item it doubled my entire order. I checked my bank account a few days later to see if they had credited my account. I assumed they had been advised by the driver and backed out one of the orders. I called them and told them what happened but was told since I had received 2 meals I had to pay for them both. I pointed out that their system caused this and I expected a refund for one of the orders because I paid twice as much as I intended. I would like a call as I rarely use my email.

My " dasher" sent a child up to my senior apartment alone to bring my food. She handed me the bag and itvwas noticably light. I asked where my food was and she ran. I got inside and this "dasher" ate my mf food and had the kid deliver empty wrappers. Pretty sick of the lack of quality of drivers. Ive had to call before with similar issues.

Pending for DAYS. Most drivers sir until the last three last minute for other orders in area. I've had a few orders driver went to at least 2 other deliveries or some tangent with my frozen foods and hot foods. The app states that it provides refund or compensation but doesn't always follow through. Multiple orders through same establishment with same issues. Drivers regularly ignore delivery instructions. I'm standing outside right now and the driver just drove past me
