I particularly don't like when I'm on a time crunch and a busy schedule but can't receive a full refund when the delivery is already late. You are forced to wait until it is extremely late before you can request a full refund.

I've had two instances when I've ordered from Doordash and my account was hacked so after going through my banks fraud divison we make the assumption that the theft had to be from one of two places when I used my card doordash was on of those places. Since then after I ordered and the purchase was credited to my credit card I removed the card from the payment method so I would not have anymore fraud charges on my account. Yesterday 09/06/23 I was NOT about to delete the payment method as I had been doing most of this summer. If I get another unauthorized purchase on my credit card that I didn't make I will sue Doordash. So I suggest to Doordash change the accounts back to consumers being able to delete payment methods after orders have been approved. And to the Dasher's if there is an order like ice cream that melts don't make that the last delivery especially on a hot summer day.

Treat the drivers like slaves barely pay them and tries to get over on them! Also the customer support team is rude & no manners

If the store doesn't have a item.... the customer has to wait to get money back on card....why does it take so long to get refunded....I wanted to try and order from different store on door dash

Of late, I noticed drivers being assigned to orders in languages they don’t understand. It causes issues. Also, I ordered some nachos and ice. The dasher called, asked if I spoke Spanish and then said the address given was that of the store not my home. Door dash credited me. I ordered again but this time something different. I was given the old order. It was now cold. It happens far too much to keep using this service. Was a customer for 3 years. Ready to move on.

Always forgetting items u order. Either restaurant is is not putting order right, receipt for driver is wrong or the driver is not pick up whole order and it's them. Either way, IF your going to be a DELIVERY co., Fix the problem. ** The driver was superb, Not her fault.People are paying for delivery and mistakes are rampant. Someone needs to fix this pronto.

I live in Prospect and I ordered from a place near Westpoint, Blacktown. It took the RIDER half and hour to get to my place from there. He RODE A BIKE HERE. NOW MY FOOD IS COLD. At the most, its a 10min DRIVE. WHY DID A BIKE RIDER TO DELIVER MY FOOD.

My son ordered food from Wendy's and never got his food.It said the food was delivered which was a lie.He called the door dash driver and he claimed he waited at the restaurant for 10 minutes and claimed somebody else took the order which I knew that was BS lie because his story was making no sense at all.I called the restaurant and told them the situation and they told me to contact door dash.Another thing he never came to the address or took a picture so I knew right away he was lying.My son ended up getting a refund.My opinion door dash and these restaurants need to do better with their drivers and also make what the customers are getting everything that they ordered.A lot times items be missing from the ordered and neither door dash or the restaurants don't want to do nothing about I don't think that's fair because the customers paid for it.If you don't anything about your drivers and these restaurants making sure the ordered is correct and it's delivered you're going to lose a lot of customers.Yall need to do better

I really don't have a problem with doordash itself I have a problem with Subway in Van Alstyne Texas they don't know how to wrap a sub properly and they put no sticker at the end of the wrap the round Subway sticker they don't put that on at the end of their wrap every other Subway around does that. I get my subs and they're all unwrapped hanging out everywhere I called the manager and he said I'm the only one that's ever mentioned the sticker and he said all the all the doordash person would have to do is peel off the sticker if they wanted to get to the sandwich. Well you would know if they did that that's what the sticker is for. I have to rewrap my sandwiches when I get them. And one time they got the wrong cookies this time they forgot the cookies and I was charged but doordash is very good about giving my money back and all I really wanted was someone to come and bring my cookies but doordash decided to refund the whole thing but the manager who's probably all of 17 years old does not want to use the stickers that every other Subway around uses it was very obvious he didn't want to use them and he doesn't want to train his employees how to properly wrap a sandwich it's not that hard. And the sticker helps keeps it closed nice and neat secure. And my receipt that was stapled to the bag had marinara sauce all over it because one of my Subs was a marinara meatball sub. That was lovely! I will not be ordering from Subway in Van Alstyne Texas anymore. Especially when they refuse to better themselves or do things properly according to Subway protocol.!

Untrustworthy! I ordered certain 6 pack of specific brand of coffee from them. they did deliver 3 packs of completely different quality of coffee for the same price that was advertised. nobody to talk to at dorrdash, when you call the store that they bought and send it, the store refers back to doordash. I'm stock with 3 packs of unwanted coffee jars. if this is any indication of how they're running other items, I'll stay away from them.

Almost every time i order, i dont receive all of my order. I work 12-16 hour shifts, and like to buy food on weekends for the 5-7 staff members in the (heath/nursing feild) that we can get to actually come in. Last week i had ordered 5 meals and was missing 2 of the drinks. dasher was extremely rude and drove off when i said i was missing some of the items. i called and doordash said that theyd send someone with the drinks, next thing i know its canceled and i had to call doordash back again to have them redeliver the order. this weekend we ordered pizza and i added a 20oz drink which i didnt receive. when i called i kept getting transferred to different people only for them to tell me that the only thing they can do is give me a refund. ive worked in customer service and still do outside of working at this nursing/health feild. i know its not the easiest, but is it that hard to make sure you have the WHOLE order? I just want my drinks that i paid for to come with the order. No i can just leave to go get it and we only have so much time for breaks just like most of the other people who order for items to be delivered. YOU personally picked this to be your job and YOU personally pick the orders that YOU deliver.

I am a Door dash delivery driver. Today is 8/1/2023 and I just talked to an agent about an issue with the tipping service that us delivery drivers depend on to fill up our gas tank with to ensure that we earn just compensation for picking up orders for area Businesses. DoorDash can't compel a business to do the right thing by leaving a tip for us delivery drivers who sometimes have to drive X number of miles to pick up an order and deliver it X number of miles to the customer. I'm not even asking for a huge tip just something reasonable since we are going out of our way to help local businesses, as well as delivering food to customers. I think that standard is totally unacceptable, and it needs to change where Doordashers have a minimum set when it comes to tipping. I try to ensure that all my customers get their order on time, and even go the extra mile by calling them, or texting them. Help us Doordash delivery drivers we depend on tips to help us out when it comes to topping our gas tank on Gas.

Hate how the driver can pick up multiple order at once. By the time we get our food it’s either soggy or cold. It should only be one pick up at a time. Plus that pushes the delivery time back. I had one that said it would be here around lunch time (12:00) but ended up being a little over an hour. Missed my lunch plus didn’t get to eat since I work in healthcare.

I just made a delivery 2 weeks ago and I supposed to get cash from the customer. But they said they paid to the place with the credit card. And then I call doordash support. And they told me it was true. that I don't have to worry about it. Now they took that 40 bucks from my account. Because they think I took the cash from the customer and I never did. Then they took that $40 from my Weekly commission And they say we can't do anything about it. Now do you have an idea how much? I have to drive to make those forty dollars?? a lot

As a driver for dash I got a 100 success rate to me sometimes it not worth it it's already low to start then some ppl be wanting to much one time I knock seen the lady and she took over 10 mins to even get the order were paid by time the pay don't go up when where waiting,going up to 7 floor or waiting for ppl to come down time is not part of the pay then ppl got the never to not tip even when u can tip after the driver did the job a ten min job can turn into a hour real quick I feel like we should be paid if we can drop the order and choose not to not all drivers are bad just like a regular job and if dd has a great one we should be appreciated if I doordash I make sure to tip above 5 dollars because they got it to me in good condition and the dedicated there time to get it to me but at the end of the day It's a hustle but a look into the future

The reason of this post is to bring awareness. I live in Houston, TX and an older male driver by the name of Meiqing was instructed to meet me at the exterior entrance to my apartment building. Somehow someone let him in the building and he found his way INSIDE my apartment unit. He might’ve assumed I was not in my unit. Before leaving my bedroom, I asked him if he was at the entrance I requested or the garage because I noticed on the map he was not where I asked. I was waiting about 5mins on his response until I heard my dog barking and I walked into my kitchen to find him there. This is unacceptable behavior he need to be removed from the platform!! He clearly steals or is a creep because there’s no cultural confusion on walking into someone’s home.

I had to wait for my food for almost 1 hour. The driver wasn't able to find the address, even after calling me to ask directions. So I texted her instructions. Finally I got my meal. Not the first time some like this. Another driver left my food on the parking lot at the back. His answer to my texting "why?" : my navi told me! Well, the back entrances aren't at the same street as the main entrance, what means wrong address !! And of cause it was MY foult, as per the driver.

Really hate to put a bad review bc the drivers have always been nice. Last two orders had items left off. Getting the runaround on the credits. Wouldn't have minded the wrong orders if DoorDash's credit department did their job. I'll be switching courier services.
