“Ordered food that the driver left at the door. He/she did not knock and ants were all over it. Ordered food from Pizza Hut Pizza Hut a month later and was missing an item. Contacted Doordash. They said to contact the store because they couldn't give refunds. ANYTIME I CALL PIZZA HUT, IT GOES DIRECTLY TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO CAN'T HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE. At the end of the day they're all scams.”

“Prices, fees and tips are ridiculously out of control, done with doordash!!! You oay twice as much gorgeous everything and have to tip on top of that. The extra stop is a scam, they drop the 2nd stop so their friend or whoever can pick it up then your tipping twice, what a scam!!!”

“Awful experience. Terrible customer service and company policies. Can't even type a response before most agents try to disconnect the chat. Received completely inedible food on an expensive meal and was offered a pittance in compensation. Cancelled my account and won't be back. I'll stick with Uber Eat.”

“As a dasher's driver I can say if your a dasher and you make it to the platinum dasher stauts that doordash will actively sabotage you. Multiple days with only 1 or 2 orders after reaching platinum levels. So just be ready for some jerkoff BS after you get platinum. Plus their dasher support can barely be understood and lack the ability to resolve any complex issues. Enjoy.”

“Okay, when they are not delivering it to the wrong address they sometimes almost refuse to give me my order because they mis-prounce my name and believe I am trying to con them. I had to explain to my last driver that Michael is prounced Michael. Not Michelle.”

“They send promotions you can’t use they never hold the restaurant accountable for the ridiculous prices, the only good is the people who deliver the food. They also play with the refunds when your order is messed up offering 2 or 3 dollars it’s ridiculous. So I’m done with door dash I’ll pick my stuff up for now on. And customer service is a joke. Check the photos I was on hold forever.”

“There were items missing from my order and the resolution offered by doordash was to refund me only 1/3 of what I paid for items I did not receive. Have used doordash many times and have issues more times than not. Not their fault my orders are incorrect but the resolution from them is less than fair.”

“The fact that I ordered an hour ago and my driver picked up my order and sitting elsewhere waiting for someone else's order is BS. I'm canceling my subscription and using grub hub from now on.”

“I have tried on 2-3 occasions to order food and have it delivered thru door dash. One time they left half of my food at the store. Currently I am waiting over 30 minutes for my food to be delivered for a 10 minute drive. Cold food!”

“More often than not they are late or cancel your order mid stride. I quit using Uber because of this and now they are as bad or worse. We over pay for food and bad service. Just go pick it up yourself.”

“I’ve had DoorDash for quite sometime now, and at the beginning all was well. However soon thing slowly started to go downhill. Dashers would soon start to steal the food sending pictures with their hand covering the lens, then you’d spend your last money in your account leaving it negative or empty so you can eat, only to be told “we can send you a refund but it’ll take 5-10 business days to clear. Or take a credit which would end up going back to the company that just gave you horrible service. DoorDash should be audited and staff needs to be reviewed. The company is a good idea but start caring more about your consumers.”

“Again and again, missing part of the delivery order, and the only solution is reinvest 15% of the value of the order (not even close of the value of the product missing). Many time same problem, never offer a real solution, almost a scam, they take my money and deliver wherever they want with no responsibility. Last order from a regular client and suggest to other... find another company.”

“The drivers are stopping at an address before me and my orders are tampered with. I am very familiar with the restaurants I order from and I know how it should look and taste. I can see on the map where the driver is and that he stops for 10 min before delivering to me...???”

“More than half of what I order is incomplete, completely wrong or never arrives. I don’t know if companies don’t care to fulfill orders correctly or if the drivers don’t care to deliver correctly. Overall Door Dash has become a disappointment more often than a helpful service. Sad.”

“Ordered pizza, was not notified it was delivered. The pizza was sitting on my front porch long enough to get a few ants and a spider in it. Not to mention the whole pizza slide to one side and was a complete mess.”

“DoorDash didn’t know anything about the dishes offered by its client Miso Sushi Restaurant in Kingston NY. They referred me to the restaurant who couldn’t guide me to a 10 piece sashimi offering which they claimed was there. Vicious circle!!”

“I had ordered something from Petco , who had door dash deliver it to my house. The guy who delivered my order had brought me the wrong order. He had just left so I quickly called him and told him that he just delivered the wrong order to me. He said sorry and there was nothing he could do about it because he was in a hurry to make it to his next delivery. When I put in my order which was a small one I included a $10.00 tip. So I called door dash and the customer service guy I talked to was borderline rude and in a big hurry to get me off the phone. When I asked about the $10.00 tip I had left, because there was no way the driver deserved it he told me he sent my tip back to Petco. I don’t believe Petco did the tipping but I did. So sure enough I was not credited back my tip. I will NEVER deal with door dash again! Yes I got to talk to someone about my problem immediately when I called but their customer service sucked!”

Ridiculous. And Doordash won't even give a partial credit for bad service. I just deleted the app. Never again.”

“I'm a driver who is now switching to Uber eats because of the 100 deliveries on the last 30 days requirement in order to Dash Now anytime. The new shop n go orders take up time of my time and it's not fair to keep the 100 delivery requirement. Uber let's me deliver anytime with zero requirements.”
