I always order through doordash. In February and March this year, items were missing. The February transaction was okay as Doordash refunded me a little over 4 dollars but the March missing item, they said "they refunded me" but nothing came into my visa debit account. I contacted them again and was advised that the refund was processed on their end and to contact my bank. I did what they told me and the bank told me there wasnt pending. (I used to work a bank, so if deposits like this usually takes about 3-7 business or more depending if there is an issue from.the .sender. So, I contacted Doordash again and was told the refund was processed on the same date mentioned when I contacted them the first time. I REEXPLAINED BUT THE CHAT AGENT DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANYTHING I SAID. Instead, chat agent advised me the issue was wacalarwz to a special team and I will receive an email from that team in 1-2 business days. I was not surprised that no email was received conaidering I checked my junk and spam folders as well. There was one email I received from Doordash about 7 days after that advice by the chat agent, but it was a survey of how they did. They needed to refund 16 somethig dollars. I gave them 2 stars could given them 1 because some couriers werw awesome! I refrain from using Doordash after that experience. If its integrity the reason why dis not refund me because I complained maybe 2-3 times foe missing items, what more Doordash system.twlling their agents and me as a customer that refund was processed even if it was not. I even told the chat agent I can sens my bank statement as proof .but then again I got ignored. Competitors are even better with Doordash fees are not cheap too. Good luck Doordash!

I just spoke with FON about an order I paid double for because the 1st dasher delivered my order to wrong address and took my over zealous tip and ran. Since I ordered through the store and a dasher got the order , I called the store and was advised to call DoorDash and make a report of theft by their dasher. After the run- around, I decided to cancel my “$9.99 No Delivery Fee” because I was scammed in other ways. No problem taking my money from my credit card and buy and eat the food I ordered. Not on my watch. You get an “F” for rude customer service and theft by a dasher which makes me a “VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER”. Good Evening. 🌇

The food was fine, and the order was accurate, but the drinks (the only part not protected by the bag) smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker, that's kind of gross.

Was using this service more after Covid. It was okay except the fees are high. The biggest problem is not being able to contact the driver sometimes. Today I needed to change the address and the driver could not be contacted. Eventually he called me but did not speak enough English to receive changed address so he hung up on me and delivered to the wrong address.

Doordash driver could not speak / understand english in order to recieve direction to customer. Order was over 1 hour late and cold, left at back of building on stoop. Contacted support and was only refunded the amount of the cold pizza not the delivery charge or my tip. Needless to say I'm canceling Doordash and relaying this review on social media.

When you sign in with there per hour rate they always change per offer. It is deceptive so you take lower pay offers. Now you can go beyond 90 percent completion rate so you have to wait at pickup no matter how long or unorganized the location is.

Have used door dash in the past for restaurant deliveries and small grocery orders with no problem. Today, I ordered groceries at 3 p.m. Delivery was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. approximately. Received messages that shopping had started and one item was even substituted ... then the shopper's name changed and I was advised that the shopper was 'on the way to the store' ... long story short, I cancelled the order at 8 p.m. Was advised by text that my funds had been returned, but have yet to confirm that. No explanation or apology for their failure to fulfill their contract to deliver by approx. 6 p.m. No explanation on how shopping was underway and then wasn't. Super poor business. Have zero trust in them now.

I’m starting to hate door dash the customer service sucks to where they don’t truly(if they don’t they need to find another profession)all the way to some of the of the drivers they don’t care if the person gets all there food, they just want that money they making (they must feel like how the customer feel.) Make us want to come back… but search for other deliveries places.

DoorDash is horrible about coming to my house. One of the drivers that got my food got free food tonight. Since we live outside of the city limits of Statesboro, Ga; they don’t deliver to my house which is so dumb. I hope I get my money back that I requested.

door dash sucks you pay to much money for this service and your food may not be delivered and you will mot get a refund based off how many times they've messed your order up or should be cash om deliver specific instructions to give to me in my hand they never showed up was no picture to support anything was even left and did not gat a refund

Door Dash shouldn't be able to take your money, immediately cancel the order, then make you wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I mean come on guys, you're not delivering the product but you're taking my money. Furthermore, if restaurants are not doing Door Dash orders because they're busy, they shouldn't be accepting the orders in the first place. Going to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money faster.

I am a dasher, and several times the app has glitches and gave wrong address for pickup, and another time went to pick up an order and restaurant said someone else picked it up, seems every time you call support your ratings go down. Spoke to support, first person claimed they called the restaurant as order wasn't in system, the second person tells me that am at wrong location, but this is where was directed to come to , then go to other location and rating drops and receive violation for late delivery??!!?! Even customer said that same thing has happened to 3 other drivers!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from doordash. I have clear instructions in my profile that tells the Dasher where to deliver my food. Unfortunately a Dasher did not read those instructions and left my food somewhere else. I reached out to doordash to let them know only to be told sorry no compensation can be given. I was not seeking compensation. I felt that the doordash didn't hear or tried to understand the complaint that I had. I've also left comments on the order itself with again a response of sorry no compensation can be given. I'm truly dissatisfied with the service that I received with doordash. As customers of the service we pay fees to use the service and to not be satisfied and not be heard was not only frustrating but disheartening. What happened to the days where companies actually cared about their customers. Do better DD

Biggest problem I had with DoorDash was getting paid. They put your earnings on the card then you can't get it. Oh yes I went to Walgreens, CVS, and a number of All Point ATM's but couldn't withdraw a dime in Souteastern New England. Then they wonder why they can't get help. The others pay you with deposits through your Bank debit card which works fine. Yes I gave my debit card information to Doordash but still couldn't get paid. Oh you can use their for fast food or gas but not for an oil change. GOOG LUCK try one of the others Uber, Grubhub.

I only have/had DoorDash for the convenience I was pregnant and a working mom so I needed it when I was in a hurry to tired to cook and get out of bed at times and my husband works 3rd shift so sometimes we just want to order out anyways every time we do there is something wrong with either the service and the doordasher or the overall food in general. I’m not a Karen but when my food is cold or the order is incorrect (75 percent of the time) or the doordasher takes over 3 hours to bring me my food yes I want credit yes I want a refund. I’m not lying I have even sent pictures proving my point and at times they have not believed me. It’s so frustrating. I will tel anyone not to use DoorDash because it’s horrendous

Door dash is lying to it's driver's. They claim to pay 2- 10 dollars per order, but a few months ago they cut pay. Now if there is 2 orders on one order dashers only get paid for 1 order. Dashers beware if you get 2 orders on one offer you may be working for free.

Some of theWORST DELIVERY services EVER I would give it 0 stars DoorDash is a scam! My order had half from one place and the driver must have done something with my shake and had to stop at Burger King for a COKE. It was a gift delivery for my birthday. I don't order from them. I have read the comments from some of the dimwits they have working for DoorDash One man said if people couldn't tip then they should not order. I feel if they can't handle the heat to get out of the kitchen. SHADY!

They gaslight. Specifically they offer these “discounts” and claim for example 20 percent off and then they increase their “estimated” taxes and fees . It’s literally cheaper to order Uber eats WITHOUT a discount

Like most people who left reviews the food never came. The pictures show an address that not even close. No one tries to correct this by going to get my food or send a new order. I’m regretting that I purchased a pass. I may need to Learn to cook.
