“This is for all the people leaving bad reviews on the Dashers first off. I want you to know that it is not the Dasher’s fault that the items are missing from your bag before the Dashers leave. They ask if everything is correctly in the bag the store says yes they staple the bags and you are not allowed to open them to check so when you’re leaving a bad review for a Dasher, please be kind. It’s not them. It is the store or restaurant that is messing up your order. You need to give a bad review on them not the Dashers. They are trying their best to get you your order, but sometimes it is not their fault. I’m sure that yes they have messed up before not saying that but mostly it is the restaurants fault that your order is messed up not the Dasher. They are not allowed to open your bag. Just remember that the next time you give a Dasher a bad review because you order wasn’t correct. 😬”

“Love Doordash. Don't care about the lies being told by the driver that was fired. Used them yesterday and my tacos were still crunchy when I got them and my drink still had ice and wasn't watered down. Thank you!”

“I just received a wrong order and the person at the restaurant who was an ass told me to contact door dash. I did and I had a wonderful experience with the call center and got a credit. Hopefully that will work out”

“Every time my order is messed up, I call and a friendly worker will kindly offer a refund or a credit onto my account. This makes it very pleasant to deal with. I commend the workers who answer the phones for customers.”

“I had placed an order with a local restuarant for DoorDash delivery and the full order was not delivered..I contacted them via the 855 number and they asked me a few questions, placed the order for my missing items and had it delivered at no extra cost....Thank you, Clefton for going beyond and above to deliver my meal”
