“I have recently joined doordash, and I could not be more satisfied with them. The orders arrive promptly, and the doordash delivery people are so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I am glad I made the decision to enroll in doordash!”

“Had a food order and they ran over 1 hour late. This is the worst business model I have ever seen! Having your food come over 1 hour late. The company knows its a poor model because the always credit you back. They suck!”

“I haven't had a whole lot of luck with doordash, I use the service on rare occasions. The fifth time being today, Rebecca, Laughlin Nevada, was fantastic, on time, knew where she was going, super friendly. I wish there was a way you could request people because I would request her and use doordash much more.”

“I had a problem because I got the wrong amount of deli meat and was charged 3 x as much. I called and got a wonderful person that understood my problem was professional, intelligent, and very polite. She fixed my problem immediately. I've also had no problems with delivery drivers they are always great.”

“Doordash might have higher prices, and take longer than expected sometimes but, in my experience, they always make it right if I have any issues. Because of this, I will continue to support doordash.”

“I have stop giving tip because none of the delivery drivers say thank you after I tip them and normally my tip range between $3-$10. I hope the delivery drivers see this if not, no tip for a foreseeable future.”

“DoorDash delivered a slice of Brooklyn nostalgia right to my door, thanks to Sensei Pizza and Restaurant at 645 Rossville Ave., Staten Island! As a Brooklyn native, I've been on a quest for that authentic, delicious pizza experience I grew up with – and Sensei delivered, big time. My friend Vito, hailing from Puglia, crafts pizza that is simply divine. You can taste the passion and tradition in every bite. And his wife, from Sicily, contributes to a menu that's truly exceptional. It's rare to find a place that captures the essence of classic Italian cuisine so perfectly. The pizza was absolutely amazing, just like the pies I remember from my old haunts in Bay Ridge. It brought back so many wonderful memories. I was genuinely thrilled to rediscover that kind of quality and taste. I'm incredibly grateful to DoorDash for making this delicious experience possible. They handled my order with care, ensuring my pizza arrived hot and fresh. I look forward to exploring the rest of Sensei's menu and continuing to enjoy the taste of Brooklyn through DoorDash. “I've never had a problem getting my orders, and they are always complete with what I ordered. I also drive for door dash and other apps as well. Door dash by far has the most scammers ordering from them, door dash is aware of this . So they changed the way drop off is handled. But as a dasher I take extra precautions by screen shot the order and address. And I also take a separate picture. So when the customer texts me or calls me saying they didn't get their order I send them a picture of the screen shot and the drop off picture, and that usually ends the problem. But there are instances of dashers stealing the order as well . And I think door dashes biggest problem is constantly hiring new drivers and pushing out the old ones. If I owned door dash I would prioritize the more experienced drivers. That would 100% fix that issue of theft or being late. The other issue is low tips. Drivers are not going to waste their time on no tip or low tip orders. What door dash could do about that is rasing base pay to a reasonable amount for milage . And doing away with the whole tipping system. So charge a delivery fee .”

“Door Dash customer service is uncaring and useless. I have now been charged 96.00 for a subscription I did not authorize for Max Dash. I was told that I possibly hit an ad by accident while placing an order. I immediately called and requested that the error by corrected fir which I was told could nit be done. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps and nothing has been done I have canceled my account with Door Dash and contacted my bank and PayPal to reverse this inaccurate subscription just sad and pitiful to treat customers this way. I'm done with Door Dash!!”

If I’m given the option to add to my order and I'm doing it within minutes after placing and before my dasher even arrives why am I having a completely separate order placed? If I knew this ahead of time I wouldn’t have done it twice now. It’s another trip for someone as well as an additional fee and tip I have to pay assuming it’s part of the same order.”

“advanced processing (DoorDash Custome'r SErvi'ce PHon'e Number' +1 8O5 41O 56OO ) and you need high processing power to keep up, but anyway, I've had a fantastic experience. I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review, but for the money, this does everything I want, in a more affordable and way more user friendly way than the final cuts, or adobe premiers out there. Worth the money!”
