“I don’t understand why DoorDash has drivers who don’t seem to care about providing excellent customer service. They often can't find my location, and I frequently have issues receiving my orders. It's frustrating that they expect tips but then ask me to come outside to get my delivery. That just doesn’t make any sense and feels very unprofessional. It's not always about the money—it's about receiving the product you ordered. DoorDash really needs to hold their drivers more accountable.”
