I cannot give them a poor review because most of the time I get my food on time correct and hot it’s just every now and then I get a rude delivery person . I don’t like my food left outside . I said knock and lmk you are here . Idc if it’s in a bag I just don’t like it on the ground . If they put on door knob that’s great not even with a monthly subscription you still have a lot of extra fees which makes it hard to tip .honestly food is so expensive we don’t even buy groceries anymore we eat out. I order drinks & snacks they delivery fast I work over night and I some like to drive at night .

I take my words back that they have bad customer service. I had a digital gift card and the pic was messed up so It wont work. I called them thry tried to help me but I was not satisfied; they just hang up the call before giving me a solution. Now, after 2-3 days they have fixed the problem and gave me my reward back.

DD, a 4 Star review, bc my order was correct on my Taco Bell digital receipt, but they wrapped each steak dipper separately. They come in a 2 set, so there should hv been 4 individual steaks, but there were only 3 individual steaks. My food was hot and arrived on time. The driver did follow my door instructions. However, next time, I will check my order b4 giving an extra cash tip. I will try your service a few more times DD, bc I so want to like your service. I like the concept. I like it bc there are times we the customers can’t get out to pick up our own food. I just hope you employ trust worthy drivers who won’t eat the customers order….lol…Until next time….

ERROR, THE food was good but did not appreciate the door drop. Could have knocked or rang the doorbell. I was sitting watching due to the weather so the delivery didn’t sit there. We are seniors and a knock or doorbell use would be considered a necessity

So I placed an order with Little Caesars DoorDash is there delivery place the order at 8:10 I got a text message saying that they were running a little behind so my delivery time went from 8:46 to 8:51 then from 8:51 to 8:58 then from 858 to 9:04 then from 904 to 921 ridiculous so I told Little Caesars do not let them take it. I was on my way. They told me that I would have to call DoorDash customer service. I called DoorDash DoorDash said I am sorry. we can’t refund it. I said excuse me your delivery person did not pick it up in an adequate time. She says we need to reach out to Little Caesars. I said little Caesars told me they can’t refund me because it’s your charge not theirs so then she turned around and said I’ll have to escalate this to Little Caesars. I said OK so little Caesars is saying oh it’s not our charge now you’re saying it’s not your charge that you can’t refund it so we’re just gonna go around in circles. She says no ma’am when I escalate this issue that Little Caesars will reach out to me by email and 1 to 3 days Jesus Lord Almighty, can no one not just give the money back on your card anymore. You took my money. Why can’t you return it right then in there a huge headache is what I have now.

I am the store manager at Kirkwood Pizza located on 1078 Merivale road Ottawa Ontario. The management of Doordarsh is another sad story. Does it really take 4 months to be harassed everyday because we refuse to use Doordarsh. I would not spend a penny on this vulture platform feeding off your hard work cash. Stay away as a merchant, be smarter as a consumer.

I placed an order on DoorDash for dinner this evening and got someone else's order. I called DoorDash; while I was on the telephone with the representative, he told me he would credit my account so that I could order dinner when we finished the call. He also mentioned that I would have to order it from somewhere else because Red Lobster was closing. That was at 7:15 PM. I spoke to a different representative who told me I would have a refund within the hour. I received an email asking for a picture of the food I received, and I responded with the picture. Meanwhile, the food got cold, and it wasn't food I would ever order, but I tried to eat it and couldn't. Eventually, I received an email stating that I was denied a refund. When I responded to the email, I got an immediate reply that the case was closed. I called DoorDash again, explained what happened, asked for a refund, and was put on hold. Then they hung up. I still haven't had dinner or a refund. It's 11:45 PM.

I’ve been using door dash quite often for awhile now and tgg gf e convince is great, but they’ve made a recent change. If you need your delivery within the next hour it now costs $2.99. If you want to wait three hours it’s free. Why the change? Its expensive enough without the added fees. If you want to keep your customers then you need to make some positive changes.

I order frequently and usually have no issues with my orders. If an item is missed or not in stock, I am refunded the money right away. Recently, they had a promotion available when I went to create my next order, up to a $20 value. I left my cart sit over night and the next day when I went to place it, the promo just was gone.. disappeared! It was a Father's day promotion and Father's Day still hadn't happened yet so I would have thought it would still be there the next day to apply to the order. I brought it to customer service's attention who are the least bit of helpful and they needed a screenshot as proof of the promotion, which I didn't have. In the end, they ended up saying the promotion had reached its max limit and they were unable to compensate me for it.. I placed the order without the promotion. The next day, I go back onto the Doordash app and the promotion was there again!! I definitely feel that I got intentionally scammed out of a promotion just from leaving the items in my cart sit too long. Be careful if you are not planning to place your order right away and take screenshots when you are applying the promo at the time in case it just vanishes like it did for me and you miss out on savings for no apparent reason!

They're okay but there are a few times that I ordered things from the grocery store and not one Dasher as made a effort to go pick it up. Most of the time they're good but sometimes there are disappointment especially for emergencies.

Depend on this company, use daily. Meals, drug and grocery store deliveries are generally handled well. Delivery people are respectful even though many are unable to communicate in English, it’s ok. Unfortunately, several deliveries have been left outside without alerting us by ringing the doorbell. This seems to have evolved into normal behavior. Our account was set up, doorbell delivery, handed to us. We are invalids, aged 80 and 90 and live on our own. Being alerted that food and other products have been delivered is very important to us and is considered a security risk that we are unwilling to take. Hope this is read and changed.

I ordered several times a week from Doordash here lately. The stores have been leaving out a great deal of my orders which means someone is left out and doesn’t have food to eat. I’ve asked the Dasher to help them and tell them to double check and they have and they still leave it out. There needs to be some repercussion from the stores for sending out incomplete orders.

I find my 30 hours a week job as a dasher ,has enhanced my life totally in my lil community of Smithfield Virginia greatly , i love meeting folks ( or not) n do my lil dance in view of camera doorbell n make several dollars but cheer someone same time! I ordered Wingstop and a dasher picked up my order and delivered it to another townhome and when I received the picture I immediately called and got no answer so I sent a text saying that it was not my home. I called customer service and was told it wasn't their responsibility to make it right because I chose the option to leave at my door. It was raining so I didn't go looking for my order, I ended up getting something somewhere else.

Me and my mom get doordash pretty often. The food is great most of the time. But, it takes way too long to get here. One time, we ordered something from Doordash and didnt get it for like 45 to 50 minutes after we ordered the food. I think people a little more serious and try to respect the people that are buying from them.
