So many wrong things with DoorDash won’t use them ever again. Customer service isn’t even there. Good luck app gone.

I usually prefer to manage things myself, but when a technical issue kept dragging on, I reached out for help. You will get ripped off some how! Do not use door dash! You try to get reimbursed because the dasher gave your 9 items to someone else and end up with someone else order. Back and forth with restaurant and door dash! Definitely not using door dash AGAIN!

Yeah its convenient But rarely satisfactory. Delivery took over an hour with estimated 15 min wait time. Food was cold and greasy and stale. Over $30 dollars in icky food fed to the dog. Plus a standard 20% tip. Which quite frankly the service provided wasnt worth.

I forgot how bad Door Dash is. I hadn't ordered since 2020 but surgery prevented me from going out to get food. They actually dropped the order off in front of the apartment complex pool gate. Absolutely moronic. Terrible customer service...real aholes.

Their drivers need to pass a literacy test. 9 times out of 10, they do not follow instructions or can’t understand them when trying to explain where our driveway is located. I told someone to take a right and they literally took a left and drove in the opposite direction.

If an order fails and you cancel it, DoorDash will still charge your account in full. Reaching customer support can be extremely difficult, and the resolution process is frustrating. Please be aware of this risk before placing an order.

Never got order or moneyback was told nothing could be done ,I have deleted app and for future reference doordash needs a major policy review I got denied in less than a minute no questions asked. I've had some and not so great experiences and decent experiences with doordash and never complained up until now.

I started driving for DoorDash about a month ago. two days ago I had to pay for an order out of pocket because they canceled a delivery on me when they could not resolve an app issue they refused to pay reimbursement for this amount. I tried to get up with them several times and they kept saying there was nothing they could do that is a lie they can pay

literally the worst, you call for any inconveniencing they just don’t know the answer to it. i was supposed to receive my refund by today and did not, i called them and they only could offer me an a $3.11 of a credit what can i do that?? Alex the representative was no help at all.

Door Dash needs to have a better selection process for its drivers, other than "you have have tires?Hired!" I've seen them get into vehicles, that should not be on the road. In their pajamas, did you even shower, you are handling someone else's food. When food is damaged, DD is only able to refund what THEY charged, not the vendor, or the idiot driver that probably dropped your order. If it's the drivers fault, he should have to pay to replace it, and deliver it free. But DD depends too much A.I. and technology, to know, let alone understand what is going on with their own business. Are customers demanding too much? No, I think it is DD needs to step up their game. Don't hold your breath though. -Past driver

Where is DoorDash supposed to get a good driver rating from, if drivers like me — and many others I personally know — with a 5-star rating and over 3 years of flawless experience, just get our accounts blocked under the excuse of a ‘review’ and then stay blocked for over a week? There are even people waiting for half a year to get unblocked, with no explanation at all.

Promotional bait and switch. Advised I would receive a $10 credit for staying with Dashpass one more month. Agreed to do so and received $10 on app. When I next went to use the credit, it had disappeared. Called customer service for help, but they said the only way they could credit me was if I could prove the offer via screenshot. Unbelievable. Doordash canceled permanently.

My daughter was starving hungry and we placed a delivery order and it was switched to pick which couldn’t be picked up and there were other orders this happened too. DoorDash refused to pay back the $37 it costed. I’m very disappointed about this.

wow their customer service is deplorable. Ordered 2 items from a restaurant that we normally order from or eat in and it is always great This time though something went wrong. One item was great as usual, the other was very overcooked and dry plus was missing the lemon and tarter sauce it is supposed to come with.. Door Dash now wants photos of why you are complaining which was too late because the item was eaten but took photo of both items to show the one that was good and came with the sauce and the other one that did not. They refused to refund with no explanation. I have been waiting for a live agent as was stated it would just take a minute but it has now been over 15 mins. DD used to be a lot better then this.

After my withdrawal request was denied, I couldn’t access my trading account. I felt frustrated and anxious, afraid I might lose my investment. Sadly, I know many others face similar issues, which can seriously damage trust in trading platforms. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and guided me through the process. With their help, I was able to recover my funds.
