Promotional bait and switch.
Advised I would receive a $10 credit for staying with Dashpass one more month. Agreed to do so and received $10 on app. When I next went to use the credit, it had disappeared. Called customer service for help, but they said the only way they could credit me was if I could prove the offer via screenshot. Unbelievable. Doordash canceled permanently.
