Terrible customer service was provided once I encountered an issue with an order that I placed using Door Dash. I will not be using their services in the future. I used door dash at least once a week and it was a great service until I required assistance and received terrible treatment.

I ordered from doordash and was delivered 2 out of the 9 items I ordered!!! I contacted doordash, they said there is nothing they can do. I contacted the merchant. They said whoops we made a mistake come get your items before we close...

Door dash drivers should make sure the package delivered gets to the recipient. I live in an apartment building that is secure. The package was left outside the door. It could easily have been stolen. The driver did not bother to call me to tell me it was outside. Very poor customer service.

Ordered food to be delivered in New Jersey. The DoorDash driver name Diego did not bring it to my door AS REQUESTED. He dropped the food on the dirty floor in the lobby and walked out. Evidently he can not read English. When I retrieved the supposed "sealed bag" it was halfway open and some of the food was missing. Some of those delivery drivers are unsanitary and disgusting. Of course I filed a complaint immediately!!!

Trying to handle everything alone quickly became overwhelming. The lack of clarity made the situation even more stressful. I realized I needed help from people who truly understood the process. I ordered food, waited 2 hours, then they cancelled the order. Not the first time this has happened. Last time I saw the dasher drive past my house eating my pizza. They refunded but the dasher must've disputed so I was put on their PIN system. I googled what that was and apparently it's to stop "delivery cheats" - doordash's ceo Tony Xu's words - adding insult to injury. Fortunately, for the two weeks I was on the PIN system, 100% of my dashers arrived with my order. I wish there was a way to voluntarily go on it so that I can get the food I paid for from doordash, the real "delivery cheats" who denied their own dashers the tips I gave them. Disgusting.

I bought my son a gift card for Christmas. It was never delivered and customer service has no idea where the money went! I’ll never use them again! They ruined my sons Christmas!

Dasher stole my food. I called costumers support they said it's nothing they can do. I highly recommend using another food app. Door dash were very unprofessional I ever asked for a recorder they didn't give me that or my money back.

⭐️ 1 Star – Unacceptable Experience I am extremely disappointed with DoorDash. I ordered one bottle of Tylenol to be delivered to my mother at her nursing home. Due to a computer glitch on DoorDash’s end, I was charged for three bottles, totaling over $70, yet only one bottle was delivered. I immediately contacted customer service and was shocked by their response. I was told that because one bottle was delivered, nothing could be done to cancel or refund the other two charges—even though they were never delivered and the error was clearly on their system. I was told to dispute it with my bank, but my bank said they could not dispute the charge since a partial delivery occurred. I even have screenshots from the delivery driver, who admitted this happens frequently due to DoorDash system issues. Despite this proof, DoorDash refused to help and was rude and dismissive on the phone. Charging over $70 for one bottle of Tylenol, delivering only one, and then refusing to correct a known system error is unacceptable. This was for my elderly mother in a nursing home, which makes the situation even worse. I will never use DoorDash again. This company takes money quickly but takes no responsibility when they make a mistake.

I was charged $22.79 for a 4-pack of tp after I had put my order in. The dasher also told me doordash tells the dashers to throw away the receipt. The receipt she showed me, however, showed the to as $4.99. They are greedy thieves.

Yesterday I ordered 3 value meals and 2 kids meals from wendys. I was missing 1 kids meal and in one of the value meals missing the chicken nuggets and drink. When I reported the issue to doordash they only gave $3.88. So im still paying for what I didnt receive. This isn't the first time ive been screwed by them. I have canceled using them. Although I know its the restaurants fault this is bad service on their part

I ordered a ton of groceries from Albertsons today through their app. It says my groceries were delivered but they weren’t. I live in a big apartment complex and they were left at wrong apartment. Getting the runaround from door dash. I’m sick of them!!!!
