Door Dash needs to have a better selection process for its drivers, other than "you have have tires?Hired!"
I've seen them get into vehicles, that should not be on the road. In their pajamas, did you even shower, you are handling someone else's food. When food is damaged, DD is only able to refund what THEY charged, not the vendor, or the idiot driver that probably dropped your order. If it's the drivers fault, he should have to pay to replace it, and deliver it free. But DD depends too much A.I. and technology, to know, let alone understand what is going on with their own business. Are customers demanding too much? No, I think it is DD needs to step up their game. Don't hold your breath though.
