I just received a Starbucks coffee from Door Dash. When I picked it up it was only half full. The cup and cuff were soaked.. It was not in a holder or bag so obviously had tipped over in the dashers car. On top of all that the cup and lid reeked of his after shave/cologne. The coffee was not drinkable. Filled out the form on Door Dash site and was told too bad. As we order from Door Dash at least 4 or more times a week I decided to call customer service. What a treat! The young lady was polite, efficient and a breeze to deal with. Got my refund and will not have to go back to Skip. Thank you Door Dash.
