I’ve had DoorDash for quite sometime now, and at the beginning all was well. However soon thing slowly started to go downhill. Dashers would soon start to steal the food sending pictures with their hand covering the lens, then you’d spend your last money in your account leaving it negative or empty so you can eat, only to be told “we can send you a refund but it’ll take 5-10 business days to clear. Or take a credit which would end up going back to the company that just gave you horrible service. DoorDash should be audited and staff needs to be reviewed. The company is a good idea but start caring more about your consumers.
