I've been a big fan of Door dash since 2021 and I had three issues only within this time and their customer service used to be top notch but for some reason this year in particular, the customer service is very rude, condescending, rushed and won't listen to your complaint with compassion. You can tell the chat agents don't want to be bothered and one accused me of being impatient concerning timing when I waited for an order that was suppose to take 20 minutes and I was still waiting 1 hour in a half later for my food and the CS agent refused to cancel my order. Also some of the dash drivers don't speak English and that becomes hard because the dasher can't communicate with you so you can help them with instructions. The chat agents for Door dash has ruined the customer service experience. I didn't know what system that had before but it needs to go back because I will definitely be cancelling my account if this happens a fourth time.
