Absolutely Horrible! Almost everytime I’ve ordered from them it’s extremely late and on multiple occasions my orders have been cancelled last minute. My office has now asked we use another delivery service because of all the issues we have.

It seems like doordash hires drug heads I've ordered food from them before multiple times it seems like 85% of their drivers or a least I've had seem to be under the influence of drugs sad that they hire without drug test

Horrible company who just fire a women for speaking up about her sexual assault and they demonetize her doordash account and DoorDash is her only source of income . F*ck this DoorDash company and everyone please stop buying from this app and I would give them 0 stars if I could . This is so wrong . 😡

I placed an order to arrive between 6a-7a. Once sI grab my two paper bags from in front off my door I immediately notice this was not my order. I sent a picture of what was bright to my house. It has items that I’m highly allergic to not mentioned my child had to miss breakfast. I have been waiting almost 12 hours for $38.00 refund just to check my email and only get 6.99. This is horrible as I am out my money along with still not having the food items. I post the dasher for others to be aware! This dasher is located in Baltimore County.

Absolutely unacceptable. Driver left the package by my mailbox on a busy state road. Lazy assed driver doesn't want to take 30 seconds to bring it to the house. Fire him!

wrong? DO NOT WORK FOR DOORDASH. You will basically be delivering food for free. You will spend more money on gas than you make from the company while their family and kids enjoy life off your time and gas. You actually make about $20 bucks a day after more than 6 hours.

One of your drivers was sexually assaulted while delivering and your response was to fire her?! Unacceptable. I have deleted the app and will encourage my family and friends to do the same. Shame on you.

Ive had several messed up orders over the last 2 years and I've ordered quite a lot of meals but today when I got my food and my grandchilds food was missing so I had to pay another tip to another driver was my final straw. Great you gave me money back but that doesn't include the 10 dollar tip I gave. You may not care im only 1 customer but you have lost me as a customer.

I am utterly appalled by the actions of DoorDash regarding the recent situation involving one of your employees. After learning that a delivery driver was sexually assaulted while on the job, I expected the company to show support and take a stand against such horrific behavior. Instead, DoorDash chose to retaliate by deactivating her account, stripping her of her ability to earn a living. This is not just a shocking failure of corporate responsibility but a disgusting display of values. It reflects an alarming disregard for the safety and well-being of employees. Instead of protecting those who are victimized, DoorDash has chosen to silence them, which is indicative of a toxic culture rather than one that truly values its workers. As a result of this, I have deleted the app and will not support a company that prioritizes its bottom line over the safety and dignity of its workers. I hope others will reconsider their use of DoorDash in light of this unjust behavior.

I had seen a video where DoorDash deactivated a woman's account for seemingly no reason. Aren’t you required to give her a valid reason? She never received it. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from a company. I have deleted doordash since hearing her story and many others have as well. I would give a zero star if I could.

Any company that fires an employee for reporting sexual assault should be removed off the face of the planet. I spent thousands of dollars a year with this company, and I have canceled everything to do with it. I am so sick of these major corporation thinking they can treat people like dirt and they’re still gonna get our money.

I am a driver with doordash. They run these challenges every so often like complete 10 deliveries for 20 extra dollars. I did it on two separate days. And they didn't pay me for either. And when I contact support they say I didn't complete the challenge. But on both those days I have more than 10 deliveries in the same dash. Please tip your drivers good cuz DoorDash is ripping their drivers off.

if I could give less than one star I would. DONT use Door dash, most of the drivers don't speak English can't or don't read the instructions for delivery and are only concerned with dropping off as fast as possible. I had one deliver my overpriced meal to another location and sent a picture with the wrong address in it. Door dash doesn't have anyone to call and when I called the restaurant I was told hey that's between you and Door Dash. NEVER AGAIN will I use your service and I suggest no one else does.

I have been using Door dash for awhile now. Lately they have been letting the merchant and their drivers get away with things. Not delivering part of the order, delivery of different things in place of what you ordered. The last thing was ordered a couple of pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. Receipt shows it was paid for. Driver delivers the pizza but no drink. Then wants to argue about it. Worst part is I only speak English and he only speak Spanish. I showed him the receipt for the drink and he said no. Only 2 taps the 2 pizzas.

For any dashers seeing this. The concept behind ordering food is a) customer orders b) driver picks it up and deliver to the customer. Door dash requires additional fees, essentially extorting the customer. If you want warm food, pay to have it delivered directly to you. That's fine but it should be known I am a dash pass member. If I have to pay extra it's coming out of your tip. Often I will tip very low and not pay the extortion. If the driver delivers my food in a timely manner I give additional tip after delivery. Don't think for a second it's the customer being cheap. Your employer is robbing you.

The worst customer service and no care for incompetent drivers ignoring gps and missing directions 3 times (actually Going through the 95 tunnel twice for no reason) with photo proof on my end causing cold food. They said it didn’t fall under any qualifications for any type of partial refund or future discount and apologize for the ‘inconvenience’. They clearly do not care about their customers.
