Customer service representatives AND supervisors are not accommodating or supportive. Disappointed by the lack of resolution for their shortcomings.

Order to an hour and a half, missing half my order and what I did receive was left in the pouring rain with no contact from the driver! I contacted customer service and they said they were sad to hear my order wasn't there... are you freaking kidding me! I will never order from door dash again!

Joelle Watkins keep using my credit card to purchase food. You all keep letting this lady charge my credit card! Do something about her account. This is insane! Protect people! If tye card does not match to the doordash account. Why would you let it go thru?

Today I did not receive my breakfast, nobody took responsibility, they did not return my money either. I ordered from Panera bread and they shipped it by DoorDash. my food never arrived and i got a text as delivered. They stole my money and they didn't give me anything. I had to call my bank to report it. They didn't solve my problem, they just took my money, they are irresponsible. They stole my breakfast and they send a text that I received it. I never received anything, just the Panera account on my card. Panera said they didn't return my money which is likely from Doordash. they are irresponsible they left me without breakfast and I have to wait 3 days according to doordash the money returns. Never ask for anything from this company a fatal experience the same paners bread App

My family member referred me to door dash and the promo was to complete 290 orders with in 60 days I had until may 10th to complete the orders and if I did I would receive 600$ and my family member would receive 900$, well I completed it on may 10th around 7:30pm and it’s been 3 weeks and they don’t want to pay what is owed to us. Door dash scams people! I call and call they just give me the run around and I even send screenshots with proof and when they pull up my account they can see everything, I do not recommend their services to anyone. Then they try and lie saying oh you only had 30days no I had 60 days if I refer someone then they have 30 days to complete, but their liars and once again I do not recommend them to anyone for any services

This is the second weekend in a row where I had received a message from the DoorDash driver, after my food was apparently picked up, telling me that an expected issue came up, AKA he didn’t feel like working on a Friday night! Last week I received the same ol BS excuse- “ an unexpected issue came up” on a Saturday night! I will not be ordering from DoorDash again! I will be escalating this issue to the restaurants themselves, and make them aware of the quality drivers / workers from Doir Dash!

I am a doordasher and I think doordash should screen their people a little better half of the doordashers that are local in the town I live in or drug addicts they're nasty dirty they stink they smell like marijuana their cars are nasty dirty inside now and I know if they brought me my food I would decline it I wouldn't accept it we really need to do drug tests on people and look at their vehicles and the person themselves not just background check but it's drug test mostly

I wrote to them because I got chow mein where it upset my stomach. I went back and looked at the leftovers and noticed the chicken was not done. They supposedly escalated the matter and came to the conclusion that they could not offer a refund. If I had told them that something was missing or that it was cold or burnt, they would refund it. But not for something that could potentially have made me even sicker than it did. Unacceptable. I've had issues with them before but this is the last time.

If you were ever interested in a company that will not allow you to review an order you didn't recieve, because the company didn't have the item and had to cancel the order, this is the in. I also got told my doordash premium could not be refunded so subscriber beware for this organization that will simply steal you money without a care. At the end of the day the customer representatives read a scrpit, have difficulty understanding what you're saying and attempt to use excuses when you go off script. Don't bother using this wasteful and borderline fraudulent company. Go with something else as they will likely care about you as a customer.

I have used Door Dash a total of 3 times in my life and every single time there was an issue. After going through two different dashers and still not receiving my last order, contacting support twice, and finally being promised a full refund within 10 days - my refund never came after 2 weeks. I reached out to their customer service and was transferred SEVEN times to a new "specialized team member" who couldn't help me before I finally gave up. I'll be disputing the charges with my bank and NEVER using door dash again. This place is a scam. Do NOT recommend!

STOP USIING DOORDASH THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY , I ordered something that was 19.00 it wasn’t available in the store so I asked for a refund they gave me no refund and my order turned out to be 30.00$ . They overcharged for literally everything and the customer service sucks . If you food didn’t come or something was wrong they still don’t compensate you . Go to Uber eats !

I would give zero stars if I could. I use DoorDash for all of my Panera orders. I have had at least 7-8 orders where I had ordered a large drink which equals out to be like $30-$40 and they haven’t gotten my drink even though it is on the receipt every time . This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I finally called the Panera and they said this was an ongoing issue with DoorDash. I refuse to ever use them again after it happening again today.

It’s the worst company with worst policy for the dasher, their dasher pick the food to deliver which is supposed to be at least 20 minutes and they didn’t shown up for next 1.5 hours, if there dasher can’t deliver the food on time , then why they pick up food from restaurant, I talked to 3 customer service agents and they don’t have any solution for that, and they want me to wait wait whole night to wait for order, and once the order received it’s already soggy and cold and not edible, n my kids sleep without eating food, this is services they are given to their and this happened twice with, one of their dasher didn’t shown up at all and expect me to wait again for next order , I am not going to order from this service again

DO NOT USE. This company is a scam i ordered flowers for my mother on mother's days and they called me to tell me the dasher wasn't able to pick up because the flowers they had were "trash". I was still charged for the items. When i attempted to get a refund in the app it said "compensation cannot be provided." I then called them and the rep said the same thing. He even said he could not tell me why on the phone. Are you kidding me? Terrible company. I have to dispute this with me credit card company now. I purchased a yearly pass so i am am hoping i can get that back too. I will NEVER use them again.

Hi guys' I needed to get a first home loan. The loan company requirements were a credit score from 600 upwards to get the loan, oh no! my credit score was stocked at 460 and I had no clue on what to do to increase my score I had no negatives or late payments on my report, I had 3 credit cards that I needed to pay off but weren't maxed out, I have a car loan and a student loan, but never missed a payment on one, I just didn't know why my credit was so low, I contacted TROVIANCREDITREPAIR@GMAIL.COM they helped me and I'm currently running on a 810, thanks to their great team

When an order was wrong like missing items or incorrect items you would receive a credit for the error. Now that is not happening and it is too expensive to keep receiving incorrect or missing items and it is not worth it to continue using Doordash for the added INCONVENIENCE of errors. It was worth it when it was convenient but to pay for things that are wrong is not right. It feels like a punishment to the customer for things beyond their control. I will not recommend it to anyone else and instead will now return to my old ways of dining since then I can have control over the errors and the restaurants are more than happy to correct them. You should have taken these type of problems into account when designing your business. You probably just assume that the customer is lying and maybe some of them are but for those of us who are not you are the problem.

Establishing login credentials is difficult/using the legitimate credit card that I added to the account is virtually impossible - kept telling me to pick a diff payment method (5 times). They're promoting goods they can't deliver on. Ordered bouquet baskets which they promote from Safeway and scheduled a specified delivery time. At exactly the scheduled delivery time - I got a text that the order was cancelled! The only thing they're timely on is changing my credit card! TBD as to whether the refund is processed or if I have to dispute the charge.
