Twice I got a message that DD deliver items from Macys and never received either of the items. They took No pictures and no one at the front entrance saw them. That is so sneaky!!!!

I like using door dash. It's a lot better having your food delivered and not having to deal with bad customer service at restaurants. I worked hard for my money and I'm not going to give it to restaurants.

Terrible Service - Incorrect order delivered. I provided photo's. It showed very clearly - delivered order was incorrect. DashDoor refused the refund or to contact the dasher. Support to difficult to contact.

Order from Tim Hortons never arrived, doordash said GPS showed it was delivered, no refund given, obviously GPS was wrong or driver took order.

I bought 3 meals (with drinks included) for my 3 children. DoorDash delivered food without the drinks. Customer service acknowledged he could see the drinks ordered on receipt of payment. Delivery driver also acknowledged he was not given drinks despite asking for these at the eatery. Doordash investigated within 5 mins via email and guess what? See the response below: We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but we based our decision on a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history. The conclusion was - no re-delivery or refund. Case closed. Unbelievable!! This is just scam! My children had their meal without drinks we bought with our money and we were denied a redelivery or refund. Please avoid DoorDash for life!!!

DOORDASH DELIVERED MY ORDER FROM PETCO LEFT IT AT THE WRONG HOUSE AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK THIS IS A FRAUD APP AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

On August 10th of 2024, I ordered food to be delivered to my house in Detroit, Michigan and I noticed my food never came so I looked on my ring and found that the person did give it to my home, and in 5 minutes they came back and took my food. Then when I called Doordash they did the fastest review on my complaint and decided not to give me my money back and I was not happy, so after that, I decided never to buy and have it sent through Doordash anymore. So hopefully this will make others think before they order through Doordash.

I placed my order to the restaurant of my choice and while the dasher was at the restaurant the employee called me on the dashers phone and asked a question about my order which resulted in me placing an additional order. So now I have 2 orders! The dasher that was there I assume was the responsible for both orders I tried to contact the dasher for conformation but was unable, however only one order was dropped off at my door and the other was not and now I am out $20+. I reported this issue with doordasher and they will not give me my money...this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this service but luckily I have a voice and will be writing a review so that I can ensure others will be able to make an informed decision before choosing doordasher. Previously I placed an order and part of it was missing and I was never reimbursed for that either from doordasher or the restaurant because they both play the lame game.

I ordered with doorsash tonight. They said my driver was approaching. I looked and they were nowhere in sight. They told me I put in the address. I've lived in the same place for 30 years. When I looked at the picture, it was delivered to an abandoned building. She left it on the ground. I was told that I would not be getting my money back because that was the address on the order. Wait, what? I'm calling my bank on Monday and see how I can file a complaint to get my money back. Last time for Doordash for me. Just saying.

After two hours of placing my order at late in the night at 7:04Pm they want to cancel my order as they can’t deliver and offering me 5bucks as credit.. such a incompetent, utterly foolish and stupidness

It's honestly becoming a huge issue to receive what I ordered HOW I ordered it. Doordash allows restaurants to not allow notes and that is a DANGEROUS situation when it comes to allergies, but also inconvenient for people that don't like cheese for example or maybe the specific sauce needs to be on the side. I take initiative and CALL the restaurant to relay light cheese, or sauce on the side but WITHOUT the proof of the notes it turns into a he said she said situation. The customer then is the one left dissatisfied AND out of the VERY costly fee. The whole point of this service is for convenience but lately it has been CONSISTENTLY wrong, bad, cold or anything BUT convenient. For the most part, UBER EATS allows notes from the consumer which is in THEIR favor as well because it is documented what was ordered AND how. I received a 5.94cent refund for something my family would NOT eat because the RESTAURANT messed up NOT ME! So I essentially paid for TRASH and doordash said they would be flagging my complaints because I simply want what I PAID for or a refund, I'd even accept dash credits. I am extremely unhappy with this service and have NO plans on using doordash if this is how customers are treated. I will be posting this on Google as well as anywhere else I can. This has gone beyond reasonable treatment of a customer for such an expensive service.

My order was supposed to arrive at 4:28pm, it still wasn't here by 7:10. I canceled and now it takes up to 7 business days to get your money back.

I ordered food worth over $100. At first it was scheduled to be delivered within 20 minutes then pushed back to 30, and to 40, to finally be delivered within 55 minutes. Food was cold. I called restaurant and they said food was prepared and sent as ordered. I was instructed to call Doordash. I called them and complain, and they said we'll give you $6 back. You kidding me $6 on $104 order!!! Have you seen a credit in my account? I certanly havene't. Scam, scam scam...worst company I ever dealed with

Delivery driver delivered the wrong food from the wrong restaurant. Delivery driver confirmed he accidentally switched orders. Called doordash several times and they wouldn't give me a refund even after I sent pictures clearly showing tacos when I ordered chicken tikki masala. I completely deactivated my account. I will never use them again.

I have had mostly bad experiences with door dash But recently was my last time ! the nasty drivers had the food in back seat with no dash bag , in a store bag and a dog was in back seat barking where they had my food !!!!! disgusting ! i threw food away . door dash should pay good and hire Quality people . these people loooked like homeless crack heads ! and stored food with a dog walking on and probalbly licking the bag etc!!!!!!!!!!!!! gross!!! i am canceling my door dash and dash pass as the only thing offered from door dash was $10.00 refund !! not even a full refund of 17$ what a joke !!!!!!!!

They took it to wrong address, lied about handing it to me then returned it to store. Then canceled it. I couldn't reach driver or restaurant. Use GRUBHUB. you'll be happier. Doordash is AWFUL

The poor quality of food and then no resolve is enough. The amount of money spent for the fees associated with the food and then to come in poor quality with no resolve makes this easy. Have canceled my count as of today.
