It was MY fault that I tried to order a pick up at a local Great Harvest... that somehow went through Door Dash. My husband went to pick it up and GH didn't even have an order, then later the manager at the GH wrote to tell me the DoorDash driver arrived to pick it up, but they didn't have our order and due to language difficulties, they couldn't reorder it. So... DoorDash is still charging us. Due to my spouse and I working full time, we need to use services like this. I will make DAMN sure if DoorDash is the delivery service, I won't use it. And I will tell EVERYONE I know about this experience. Never again. I wish I could make it Negative stars. What a horrible experience. I don't blame Great Harvest. We have eaten there for decades and they immediately responded to our complaint, but it was DoorDash who took our money.

I got my food delivered and has items missing. Asked for help via live chat, got joke employee Roberto who offered nothing to help me, not to re-deliver, not to compensate or anything. He then abruptly ended the chat when I asked him if he wanted to ask management for a final decision on this. I am going to cancel my Door Dash account and reverse the charges with my bank. This company is a joke with poor customer service quality representatives.

I ordered my food and put in the wrong address, so then I tried to change the address in the app but it would not let me. Then I asked the driver if they could bring it to the address that I was at and they were being very difficult. When I canceled the order I only got 1/4 of the money back that I had spent.

Both items I'm received were incorrect, DoorDash said there was nothing they could to to rectify the situation. I will be cancelling my my DashPass and only order directly from actual restaurants from here on out!!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star if I didn’t have to my order never arrived and I still got charged and they said they can’t do a refund

Ordered from Wawa, delivery was from Door Dash #132 (#85497420) on May 15, 2023. Order was incomplete, driver forgot drink and argued with us about it. Tried calling phone # on receipt 1-866-702-9292 and it was out of order, never got through, never got our drink. Very disappointing! While on phone with Wawa explaining what happened, driver came back in to Wawa and picked up our drink along with someone elses order. Wawa employee was very nice but nothing they can do.

I accidentally placed an order and canceled it 2 seconds after I realized what happened. Never got the food, but doordash is denying me a refund. They basically stole $30 from me. I’m still highly upset. I understand that yes I mistakenly placed it but like it said I canceled immediately. There was not enough time for food to be made or a driver to be assigned. At first an agent said they processed my refund, but over a week later I check the status of it and they say they refuse to refund me.

Pathetic service and support all around. It has gotten where AT LEAST every other order is missing major items, is 2 hours late, and/or is cold when it arrives. It wasn't always like this, but it's sure been like this for the past year or so.

You made a dasher wait 10 minutes for an w that was sent after mine. Apparently you have some strange rule that a dasher can’t leave with an order if there is another that came in 10 minutes after the first one. You dasher could have delivered mine and gone back and picked up the other. But you made him wait 10 minutes.

Shaw’s grocery out sources to doordash. They claim doordash had not answered any of their calls. My order is 5 hours overdue. I called Shaws 2 hrs ago. They said they’d get it to me. now, 5 hrs later, 2 hungry autistic children later it’s not fair. Doordash is a POS.

I tried 2x to door dash tonight. The first time I got a refund with no explanation as to why. The 2nd time a credit with no explaination why. I went on help to get a refund and they just kept saying it's all taken care of. NO. Its not! I have $30 stuck in the dooerdash app and I never want to use it again. I had to go out in a rain storm and buy food I didn't want because I didn't want to drive the distance to get my original order. Will not use again except to use the credit which should have been refunded. It was a maddening experience.

They don't pay their drivers enough and it's basically free labor. For a million dollar making company do better. Plus if there is no tips drivers aren't compensated a difference. They get boned all the way around. Door dashers are probably cutting corners because of these practices in my opinion. Up your star rating by paying your drivers a living wage.

Awful experience! 1st time ordering with doordash. They dropped off the wrong order. I had to reorder, pay twice. They said they would refund my 1st order up to 10 days to get refund. Loss of my 1st order discount. This also ruined my evening. They should have just gave me a refund and sent the correct order. That would be good business. I would give -0- stars if I could. I will never order again through this rip off service. Terrible customer service!

I have 3 properties I have DD deliver too, everyday! NOT ANYMORE!!! CS is a loop of frustrations, and outsourced. Food luck👎

Why don't the drivers check to make sure ALL items are in the bag? Half the time my order is missing something. Today 66% of my order was missing. I ordered two dinners, only a partial one showed up. The second one was completely missing. WTF I even tip them good and they still screw it up. I wish the company had a delete tip button.

They are liars and thieves . They tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. We were delivered a cold uncooked meal that was unfit to eat, told that we would get a refund, then told we wouldnt , got the runaround by everyone we talked to and still nothing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and also will contact the attorney general's office . If I had a business I would definitely not allow Doordash to be any part of it . After reading the reviews on this site I would think they would be shut down.. What their doing to people and to their customers customer is wrong and should be stopped .
