very bad service, delivered my $220.00 to different house, called them, and I been transfer to three different person, and no help at all, do not use them

Drivers are either foreign and dont speak English or appear to on drugs between pajama pants and dirty appearence.These drivers are not people I want showing up to my house. That being the said i suggest ypu order from the business itself. As the employees of a business have to be clean and dress business appropriate. Door dash employees are gross.

For the past 4 orders, we have had missing items, rude hateful dashers and very little resolution. We have given chance after chance. We are over it. The subscription is cancelled indefinitely and the app will be deleted. Prices are outrageous not to mention the tips your giving for rudeness.

Rolando delivering me order from Wendy's 4 blocks away, but delivered it to wrong address. I received the picture which for sure was not my house. Called Rolando who didn't speak English. Called 3x (360-544-9181) and 2x (201-462-3963), texted 251-292-1515 = all somehow affiliated with this delivery. Tried to do the 1-5 stars survey but it didn't work. Walked around my neighborhood and found the house with entrance that matched the picture and got my order (obviously cold by then) with no name or address on receipt, so the people didn't know who it belonged to. ZERO support from Doordash. People, get uber-eats or pick up the food yourself: Doordash is not worth the anguish! What's worse is I tipped this guy very well. Order# 9010023 11/6/25

Can I leave a zero? Tonight was my first time to order personally on door dash. I ordered a Philly cheese steak and sweet potato fries at 5:41 from a restaurant 8/10 of a mile from my house. I received the order at 7:15. I had a 12 year old waiting to eat. Door dashes big concession is $5.00 off my next order. Ah keep the $5 I will NEVER use door dash again.

Hi, the driver didn't read the instructions and I never received the order. He left it in a public lobby. My loft doesn't connect to the lobby, which is why I add delivery instructions and tip well. I can't get there as I broke my leg and have it up. When I called the driver, he yelled at me and said he did follow instructions and lied saying he handed the food to me. Unbelievable!

There is a coupon to enter for my order but there is not place to enter the code. I called customer service and they didn't help, actually said No I can't use the coupon!

Awful service. Customer service explained to me that dashers can refuse your order. If they do so, your order will wait until a an other dasher takes it. During this time, your app might show : «  your order is on the way » and that even if no one is working on it. An estimate time of delivery will also show, but you have to figure out somehow that this doesn’t mean it is going to be processed. Delay will increase slowly until you give up, and refund of your order will take 5 to 7 business days to come back in your pocket.

driver blocked me in today and then gave me the finger when i asked them to move. I literally didn't order food. I'm so sick of these entitled drivers who think the universe centers around them. some of us have jobs to go to, instead of being unemployed losers

I just deleted my DoorDash account because there was no avenue to file a complaint. If someone was able to get reimbursed for crappy service, I applaud you. My only recourse was to stop using DoorDash.

I put it in order at a liquor store on November 3 for $12.39. I saw that I was charged again on November 4. I called and they said I did get an order but on the app and I put in my orders and it doesn’t show an order for November 4 so it wasn’t me and they refused to let me take a screenshot of my app showing there was no orders placed on the fourth she wouldn’t let me do that. I am disgusted. I will never use them again. I canceled my account. They’re horrible. She told me she couldn’t refund me cause she had that I had an order I said well I don’t show it on my orders in the app and she says well you’ll have to dispute it with your bank so now I canceled the app which I should’ve taken a screenshot of my orders However, i’d like to know who’s license they had because they always have to check your license so I like to know who’s license they had for yesterday and on top of everything else. They said it was at 9:30 delivery or 930 order I don’t know, but it wasn’t me and they have they had no intentions of helping me. That’s not how you run a business. And they’re overpriced. I paid $30 one time for a wrap because I broke my ankle so I couldn’t get out of the house. DoorDash makes me sick.

Very expensive door dash customer service very rude door dashers are rude and hang up and argue with you. Now mind you, I have met some very good Dashers and some very sincere people. but the ones that are not good are hurting the people that are sincere and trying to do good. I have had such horrible experiences lately that I will not do DoorDash anymore instead, I will be doing grub hub

Ordered a meatloaf meal through Doordash from Crackerbarrel, paid an upcharge for a loaded baked potato, order delivered without the baked potato. Customer Service is completely ineffective in dealing with this issue, 4 items ordered, but since the potato was part of the meatloaf meal it was not listed when I tried to notify Doordash. There is nowhere on their site to simply email customer service without going through their ineffective "menu" of complaints.

If you dont want to pay 10 a month for dash pass you can't order from places like arbys or long john silvers and many more its a rip off.

DoorDash is the worst company, they don’t care about there drivers even with the best reviews a drivers license able to drive and ready to work they still suspend your acc 100% would not recommend.

Use Uber instead! Doordash delivered a broken product to me. Took 5 hours calling them to reach a live person. They would refund me.
