“My Dasher is normally late. And one time, the driver changed 3 times and then went silent with no dasher assigned. Never order on peak times. Unfortunately, despite their competition (Uber) is more reliable, since I signed on DoorPass…I am stuck.”

“It seems as if their drivers rush to get a bunch of orders from the restaurants so people waiting for their orders are not getting their food even close to warm…Seems why the delivery time is a constant increase from beginning. Taco bell offered free delivery but we’re thinking DoorDash isn’t worth it.”

“Didn’t get my whole order was missing half of my order, called customer service they told me it would take up to 7 days to get my money back. I won’t order from them again.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 3 coffee canister and my order was $60. They sent wrong size, wrong blend and charged me at the higher rate and sent a smaller container. When I called for a refund and to ask them to pick up the WRONG order, they gave me a $16 doordash credit. I had to call my bank to do a chargeback, take pictures, compose a blurb of what happened and submit evidence for the chargeback. I then submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for their unethical, criminal conduct. This company should be banned from doing business.”

“Was charged for an item that wasn’t delivered. Dash did give me a credit - reordered item, Dasher called to say store was out. When I tried to cancel, DD said I would still have to pay for it. Third time this has happened. Will not use them again”

“I don't know if it's a training issue, or maybe they don't pay enough to get decent drivers. When I order from Uber Eats, drivers almost always follow delivery instructions. Most Door Dash drivers seem to be unaware that there is any delivery information other than the address. I've had them show me their phones and the information is there, just below the address. It's clear that most of them don't even look. Trying to leave feedback is a whole other issue. I tried to type in a good review about my meal, but it's impossible to see what I'm typing as I type it. Editing typos is very difficult. Tried Googling how to leave feedback for the company themselves. A few different pages came up from Door Dash. Some had an unusable layout. Others just took me in circles right back to the home ordering page. The only thing on the app that works without issues is the ordering process. I'm done with Door Dash. Not worth the annoyance when other companies can do the same job without all the issues.”

“It appears that everyone has a bad time with this company, I placed an order and then nothing happened, when I phone doordash I was told to phone the store, which did not have a phone number, doordash then said we do not care, one day in the future we might give you some of your money back. GIVE this place a BIG miss, I WILL NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN, just the most shity service I have ever seen.”

“oday is 9/30/25 at around 10am to 11:30 am a door dash guy came to pick up an order at burger king in Kahului. And literally blocked the driveway instead off parking in the stalls I asked to move his car he said he was busy picking up and order. I went to see what he was doing, and he was laughing with the staff and only picked up a cup of coffee. I took picture of him and the car. And he said go call the cops. He doesn't give a damm.I am a door dasher also I would not have parked there. He should not be working for door dash he gives door dash a bad name.”

“Lizzie picked up my order quickly from Frenchy's. She must have eaten it just as fast because she didn't deliver it, and had the gall to turn off her phone. These kind of raggedy ass people deter customers from ordering delivery. Sorry, sorry, sorry isn't good enough Door Dash, run me my coins. It was ridiculously priced anyway.”

“I am a customer for almost two years and this year a had three deliveries incomplete and I called and I explained that and they won’t give a refund because they said I am not eligible for a refund, So I didn’t receive my food and refund. That’s why I canceled my membership with them because they are not professional and they never resolved their issues…. They always said sorry but we can’t help you with that!!!!! 😤😤😤😤”

“The female Dasher called and told me to make another order because first one didn't go through. I made another order, but it turned out to be a duplicate order. The dasher didn't cancel the first order, I had to call into doordash to cancel and get a refund. A unknown man, not the female dasher on the account showed up at my door. No background check, doordash doesn't know who this man is, but they chose to leave this account open so he can make other deliveries. Still waiting for my refund.”
