“Poor customer service. Send orders to store 7 miles away from my home when there’s a location a mile away. Then wasn’t able to match with a driver because it was out of my zone. Refused to give me a credit and I had to drive 40 minutes to pick my order up when I had an appointment to be somewhere. Horrible customer service. Supervisor never returned call when she said she did in an email. No missed calls. Phone never rang.”

“I’ve used door dash for years. Within the last 2 years prices have been insanely increased on door dashes end and now they are refusing to do refunds when your food isn’t delivered if you’ve met a max. My second to last experience the dash handed me my order than turned around and urinated on my property as I was still outside. As a female I felt very unsafe. They tried to offer me a 10 dollar credit. No that employee shouldn't be allowed to dash anymore. They ended up giving me a credit for my full order plus an apology credit which is what I was using this time when the Dasher I guess couldn’t find my apartment so they delivered it three streets down with no picture. DoorDash refused to do a re-delivery or even a refund until I freaked out. Needless to say this is my very last time using DoorDash and I mean that. Worst company with a Dashers that are a threat to people safety.”

“I’m reviewing DoorDash as a Dasher. 1. Support is horrible, typically you get a chat bot which is obviously gonna be bad, but even their live support is seriously weak and lacking. They can’t do much of anything except report it to another team. Worthless. 2. They skim tips!! I’ve had people i know order from them and i delivered it but i wasn’t given the total tip, i only received part of it from doordash. This happens frequently. 3. Their rating system is unfair. Anyone can report you on an order regardless of how long ago it was. I recently had someone say their entire order from a week earlier was missing but i have photos to prove it was delivered. This customer waited a week to say she never got her order.. that’s straight up BS and a blatant lie cuz i have the drop off pics. Why wait a week to say you didn’t receive anything? DoorDash doesn’t give a f&@k, they just lower your rating and send you less offers before investigating. I don’t think they even investigate like they say they do. Obviously, support for this issue was completely incompetent as usual. 4. They will send you $3 deliveries to ship for 15 items and then drive 20 miles to deliver. Off you decline then they send that same order right back to you so you have to decline again, and again. This undoubtedly lowers your acceptance rating. ** here’s a tip for customers: if you want great service then tip accordingly. No yip means you’re a cheap mf and you’re likely gonna have problems with your order. Off you can’t afford a few dollars to tip your delivery person then you shouldnt be ordering from DoorDash. 5. Alcohol deliveries are a joke.. nobody looks at the persons id, they just scan the barcode it and give you your booze. It’s a real racket.. anyone who looks close to 21 can get alcohol by using any other persons id. 6. The pay in California is still less than minimum wage when you consider the cost of fuel. 7. Don’t use DoorDash and don’t work for them either. You’ll be happier”

“I ordered my mom’s 82nd birthday dinner to be delivered to the house. The order was $150. The delivery driver was instructed to call and ring the door bell to give the food to the caregiver. She was watching the door, went to the restroom and the driver took a picture and left with the food. I called customer service, they said there was nothing they could do because there was a picture to confirm, they said food was delivered. Unbelievable!😤”

“my issue is more with door dash all my regular restaurants wen from 0 to $5 for delivery on top of the 15% doordash takes and tip for a driver the order doubles in price Bye Doordash”

“They steal from you, food was not delivered, even though the dasher sent a picture of the food in the middle of a hotel lounge. PIN was not provided, however it was required, and support simply ignored and said they wouldn't issue a refund. Uninstalled the app. Never again.”

“Will never use again. Somehow they defaulted me to monthly membership $10/month. Used once to order food and saw a charge on my card the next month. Whether I was tricked into not deleting a default or they just added I’m not sure but I didn’t want and don’t appreciate how they do business”

“My order was delivered having obviously been turned over in the car. All the gravy was in the bag and the vegetables were on top of the meat. When I reached out to the dasher she said the bag was already like that. Now, who would put a bag leaking gravy on their car? She would not accept responsibility. So, I then,reached out to DoorDash and they sent me some canned message saying there was nothing they "would" do. Im done with DoorDash!”

“Put simply, doordash driver delivered my order to a house that is several numbers up from my street address, not even on the same side of the road. And what about refund? doesnt even cover the tip to the driver, 10 dollars on a 30 dollar order. Having worked in the service industry im always generous with my tip, all im asking is the order be delivered to my address, fedex, usps, and UPS have no issue with this..Doordash does.”

“This company apparently doesn't vent the people who deliver for them and you do not know if that person who's arriving at your apartment or house at 10:30 at night who has all your information is a person with good or ill intentions. And Fredy, well let's just say I had to make sure I was protecting myself because of his behavior and the worst part of all was going through the entire chain of management trying to escalate my concern to get it into the right ears because of a legitimate safety threat. What was even more sickening was their lack of concern after expressing what I encountered. I recorded via screen recording for 35 minutes every single conversation I had with every single level of management starting "Jinky" A person devoid of empathy or concerns for other people safety, and let's just say they do not give a s**t about your safety. I could care less if the food was wrong, And I do not want a $10 credit or a refund for that matter I wanted my concern to be heard because of my safety and the potential safety of others and that company, DOORDASH, enables sinister behaviors and situations. Do not use DOORDASH,because you do not know who is going to have your information especially after they get off work. Please protect yourselves accordingly. “Last night my wife ordered $50 worth of food from Wawa through DoorDash. The Dasher set our order down, took the delivery photo, then picked it back up and STOLE it — I have the video proof from my security camera. We reported it right away and even offered to send the video, but the support team denied our claim without even seeing the evidence because their system doesn’t have a feature where it let us attach videos. Seriously?! As Deaf customers, we couldn’t hear the call — but that doesn’t excuse a driver walking off with our food. The fact that DoorDash ignored proof of theft is unacceptable. We have the video, we just need someone to actually review it and do the right thing. $50 gone because your driver took it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!”

“I ordered an Asian chicken salad from Ten Sushi which was like $25! What i got was just a plain Caesar salad no chicken! I called Ten Sushi they told me not their problem call doordash. Just so ridiculous!”

“Took over an hour for my order to get here after driving 2 hours from a football game in hopes to have the food waiting only to get home to see it isnt even what I ordered . We got someone else's order and doordash said they cant help”
