If I could rate less I would. Wait time slowly increases as you go out of YOUR way to check! Then when you have finally had enough and want to cancel they say it only affects tips, giving a guilt trip. So you hit “no, don’t cancel!” REPEAT PROCESS. Now you’ve had enough so you cancel AGAIN!!! Only this time it’s not a tip sob story-it’s a “YOU’RE getting charged for a late cancel! WTF. Horrible@DOORDASH

I think honestly it’s unprofessional and stupid to have to wait for a driver, I ordered one item from Carr’s and even tipped very well and still had me wait like an hour I ordered this item around 9:18pm and finally a dasher accepted the order just after 10. DoorDash do better its really honestly stupid.

I will no longer be using Doordash. I placed an order and due to a glitch or something with there app, my order was placed at a Michigan location when I am in Wisconsin. When I tried to get a refund, they said it didn't fall in their category for refunds. I have never placed an order from any other location other than my home in wisconsin. This is totally unacceptable for an establishment! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

Ordered a from a specific merchant. Was provided a product from an affiliate who states they serves the same product- but the quality is not the same. They basically said, "That's too bad." Pretty disappointed. Won't use again.

I had placed an advance order for a cake to be delivered on 12th October 2025 for my children's 1st wedding anniversary but they delivered the order on the same day viz. 8th October. What a mess up. Very disappointed and will never use the services again.

Never received my order, and this is the 2nd time this has happened. .they never even texted or reached out letting me know my order was coming . I tipped them and can't even get it back because I don't know who the driver was .

The driver claimed my coworker wasnt there to pick up the food and then they refused to refund my money even though the customer service lady said they would.

Order a dry freeze candy. The first time I ordered two bags they got an incorrect the second time I re-ordered two bags. They gave me the same two bags that they gave me the first time so now I got four bags of candy that I cannot eat I cannot enjoy and now DoorDash wants to give me a credit instead of my money back as it read on the website moneyback guaranteed trying to upload a photo and it will not allow me as the three times of trying to do it. I am giving up. Thanks for the very bad evening DoorDash.

I had a very disappointing experience with DoorDash. I ordered sushi for my kids who were hungry after school, and after waiting for 35 minutes, I received a notification that my order was canceled without any explanation. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to feeding children. I expected better communication and reliability. I won’t be using DoorDash again anytime soon.

I paid for delivery service as well as tip to their driver and DID NOT receive my order. Mind you this was going on for over an hour to try and get refunded for a service I paid for and did not receive. All customer service could do was tell me they’re not obligated to compensate me per their policy and they’re not going to give me a refund. No empathy, no understanding. This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s horrible that I paid over $50 for a service I did not receive. Regardless of pricing, it is never okay to play with someone’s money. This is all so unnecessary and honestly grimey.

So,...IT was VERY FIRST TIME,USING DOOR DASH!, WAS DOWN VISITING MY PARENTS,MY BIRTHDAY IS ON OCT 7TH!,I WAS STAYING @ A MOTEL IN LONDON,ONT,...I WAITED OUTSIDE,FOR THE FOOD TO BE " DELIVERED!".. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE @ MY DOOR BY 2AM!,.. THE DUDE @ THE MOTEL,SAID, HE SAW A CAR PULL IN AND DRIVE OFF!, HE HELPED ME " LOCATE MY FOOD@"2:20AM ON THE " PREMISES!,. HE SAID TO " FILE A COMPLAINT!", I TOOK IT " HERE", INSTEAD!!.. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER COMPLAINT!!!.. I CALLED THE DRIVER( NO ANSWER).. IS WHY I ASKED HIM,IF ANYONE DROPPED OFF FOOD @ MOTEL OFFICE!!, NOTTA!!.. ANYWAYS ,THE MOTEL AND STAFF ( AWESOME,!)...DOOR DASH,U OWE ME!!

This company doesn’t care a bit about its disabled customers. Special instructions for delivery get ignored by “Dashers,” food items are often missing from orders, and the company often doesn’t offer refunds for poor delivery and missing orders. After a few years of this, I have canceled my account with them.

My friend Stacy ordered 6 cokes and 6 diet Coke and the dasher only brought 1 Coke and 1 diet Coke. She would like a refund for the other ones. There was no communication once so ever.

This is the third time I tried to deal with DoorDash. I ordered my food. They deliver to the wrong location and then when I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t give me back 100% of my refund. Ask to talk to the manager They told me OK we’re gonna hang up in the managers gonna call you right back. Never received a call. I’m never gonna use DoorDash again. The customer service is horrible and then why do drivers get paid if they’re not delivering the food, right?

Seeing my people DoorDash for customers to make an honest living and the customers not tip fairly is horrible i think DoorDash should only assign drivers with orders that are worth the mileage they are putting on their vehicles even as someone who orders i also Provide a great tip !

The orders will get delivered all spilled. When you ask for a refund, they will give a partial refund even if you're reordering what their driver spilled. Then they will charge you again with all these fees even with the dashpass, so you will end up paying more. You already waited for your delivery for so long and still end up paying twice for their mistake.

Avoid using DoorDash with Burger King — just save yourself the trouble. I placed an order that was never delivered to me. We live in a multi-family property, and despite providing clear directions with the unit number and specific delivery notes, the driver left it at a different unit. Yes, same street address—but a completely separate residence. Neither Burger King nor DoorDash offered any real help. Their systems don’t seem to handle multi-unit addresses properly, and both refused to take responsibility. So, I was out $27.30 with no resolution because they saw that the driver was near the address. Bottom line: drivers either don’t read or don’t receive the delivery instructions, and if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Proceed with caution and order elsewhere.
