Customers who put the wrong address except you to drive an extra 15-20 minutes without extra pay to deliver. I called customer support and was advised to leave orders at the address given with a photo. Doordash deactivated my account due to this when I was following the advice given by them. Horrible company guidelines.

They blame customer door dash mishaps and dashers mistakes. Are always late and don't care when food is cold

I’ve been trying to use DoorDash for the past couple of months now, adding and deleting my card MANY TIMES to try and alleviate the issue on my own. Called DoorDash, in the background there’s a whole ass birthday party going on and this chick tells me that I’m the one cutting in and out. She then tells me to do the exact same thing that I’ve been doing to try to fix the issue and then promptly tells me to go through the trouble shoot on my own and hangs up. I’m deleting DoorDash and downloading grub hub or literally ANY other delivery app.

Placed a grocery order at 5:30 23 items total. Original eta for arrival was 6:15 7:30 rolls around and there is no update on the order and the store was now closed. I was unable to contact the dasher, so I reached out to customer support. They stated they were unable to contact the dasher but that the order was “being picked up” app showed dasher was checking out. Then, they suddenly tell me the dasher is on the way, I can’t see where they are on my end. Customer support stated 3 minutes away, cancels my order, than ends the chat!?! One, why did the dasher take 2 hours with my groceries, that need temperature control and where were they during that time? I asked, and got no response. Second, why would they arbitrarily cancel my order if the driver was minutes away? Waiting over 2 hours for groceries for them to be cancelled 3 minutes from arrival is senseless! No groceries for me, the dasher now has a free fridge full. Never ever again! Customer support Kept ending chat…more than frustrating and did absolutely nothing to make it right.

The dasher did not deliver the order. Their virtual assistant said I will receive a credit. 3 call and 3 lies later, nothing. Terrible service. Going to Uber eats.

I was a dasher, but not anymore. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t care about their drivers. Customers can falsely claim they didn’t receive their food anytime they want and it hurts the drivers record. I disputed it, and nothing was done. Escalated it and they told me give it some time it will go away. Now they want me to do another 100 deliveries then it will disappear. So basically they want me to ignore the fact that someone claimed I am dishonest thought I proved otherwise, and just go on as if nothing happened. Shame on you DoorDash customer service for thinking that’s ok. It’s absolutely not ok for those of us that care about our honesty and integrity. Shame on you. I moved to other delivery services that value their delivery people back in may. I was trying to be forgiving and give you a second chance today, but still nothing has changed.

Grocery delivery every week there is an issue. On the instructions it clearly says bring groceries to the back door. Nobody can speak or read English. Other deliveries l only recieve a partial and have to call the supermarket. Calling the door dash number l have been on hold for close to an hour. Customer Service is awful. The tip l give is way too much for the driver.

I’ve been a dashpass member for years and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I placed an order, and McDonalds didn’t have the items. They refunded the money to my card instead of offering me a credit me and my child were not able to eat because they did not want to fix the situation and I had been asked to wait 24 to 48 hours To speak to a supervisor about the problem

very biased and unfair to merchants just to keep customer base, will reimburse the customer and penalize the restaurant without verifying the claim validity. The resolution team has ready made answer when the restaurant tries to dispute. Very unfair and bad support service for merchant portal.

There drivers constantly can't find my address so for over a year I have been trying to direct there driver's to my house. For some reason there GPS sees my home address one street over they have gotten so much free food cause these driver's argue with me. I even add a note about it as I was directed from Doordash. It happened for the last time Saturday Aug 17th. I also unsubscribied my services. Here's the kicker. I was just precharged in July for there yearly service. 96.00 They said I was a loyal customer but they will not refund the remainder of the months because I've already ordered and received discounts. No I haven't cause I'm done ordering from them. They owe me back for sept thru June of next year cause I removed there app. What a scam so glad to be done trying to direct there driver's. They were aware of it too. Same on them. BEWARE!

When you place a order and they don't have a Dasher,you can't cancel or even get a partial refund. You have to accept the cold food because the had no dasher. How is that my problem? Should at least get a refund for the cold food.

My order never arrived to a disabled person I sent food to and neither the driver nor doordash will respond. The picture clearly shows the wrong address. And there is a safety issue at that address. It's a miracle the delivery driver was not met with rot weilers so even if someone was able to walk to that address they are clearly not welcomed inside of that fence either. Very disappointed with doordash service.

Twice I got a message that DD deliver items from Macys and never received either of the items. They took No pictures and no one at the front entrance saw them. That is so sneaky!!!!

I like using door dash. It's a lot better having your food delivered and not having to deal with bad customer service at restaurants. I worked hard for my money and I'm not going to give it to restaurants.

Terrible Service - Incorrect order delivered. I provided photo's. It showed very clearly - delivered order was incorrect. DashDoor refused the refund or to contact the dasher. Support to difficult to contact.

Order from Tim Hortons never arrived, doordash said GPS showed it was delivered, no refund given, obviously GPS was wrong or driver took order.

I bought 3 meals (with drinks included) for my 3 children. DoorDash delivered food without the drinks. Customer service acknowledged he could see the drinks ordered on receipt of payment. Delivery driver also acknowledged he was not given drinks despite asking for these at the eatery. Doordash investigated within 5 mins via email and guess what? See the response below: We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but we based our decision on a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history. The conclusion was - no re-delivery or refund. Case closed. Unbelievable!! This is just scam! My children had their meal without drinks we bought with our money and we were denied a redelivery or refund. Please avoid DoorDash for life!!!

DOORDASH DELIVERED MY ORDER FROM PETCO LEFT IT AT THE WRONG HOUSE AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK THIS IS A FRAUD APP AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

On August 10th of 2024, I ordered food to be delivered to my house in Detroit, Michigan and I noticed my food never came so I looked on my ring and found that the person did give it to my home, and in 5 minutes they came back and took my food. Then when I called Doordash they did the fastest review on my complaint and decided not to give me my money back and I was not happy, so after that, I decided never to buy and have it sent through Doordash anymore. So hopefully this will make others think before they order through Doordash.

I placed my order to the restaurant of my choice and while the dasher was at the restaurant the employee called me on the dashers phone and asked a question about my order which resulted in me placing an additional order. So now I have 2 orders! The dasher that was there I assume was the responsible for both orders I tried to contact the dasher for conformation but was unable, however only one order was dropped off at my door and the other was not and now I am out $20+. I reported this issue with doordasher and they will not give me my money...this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this service but luckily I have a voice and will be writing a review so that I can ensure others will be able to make an informed decision before choosing doordasher. Previously I placed an order and part of it was missing and I was never reimbursed for that either from doordasher or the restaurant because they both play the lame game.
