I thought about working for them then I heard from other Dasher they lie to bring you in no thank you scamming customers and dashers huh

I called customer service and advised them that their dasher gave me the wrong order. I even had the receipt with the other persons name Instead of them doing the right thing, they placed the order under review. I clearly showed proof that I received the wrong order. This is fraud, taking money from a customer and not giving them what they ordered. I even said they could do a redelivery and give me what I paid for they declined. Customer service is rude and the dasher was incompetent.

My experience was not with an order, but helping a customer dispute a charge they had from DoorDash Pass, (I work for a community bank). When I helped the customer contact the DoorDash to dispute the charge from the merchant first before getting the bank involved. The customer service rep we talked to was very dismissive, claimed they had no record of the customer that was being charged by DoorDash. The rep asked for the exportation date on the debit card to further verify the customer, at first it didn’t feel right giving more personal information from the customer to the rep, but I informed the rep I was going to ask a bank supervisor if we can give that out, before I could go ask the rep informed me “that is your customer not ours, I am going to hang up on you now”… Long story short Door Dash customer service is very dismissive and wants to do everything they can to not give you your money back if you have a random charge that came from them. Be very careful ordering from them or signing up for their promotions.

Very rude. I received the wrong item i was told to bad and they would not take care of me. I Called the restaurant and told them what had happened and sent them pictures. They took care of me no problem. I deleted my door dash account after calling them and asking them to delete my account they stated no they cannot do that. So now they have my info and refused to delete it. This company is not trust worthy. And is a disgrace to customer service. I was one of there top customers and they have gone down hill fast. I received a side salad instead of a regular salad and paid $15.00 look at the size of the salad same size as my hand wow

What went wrong? EVERYTHING! It was 2 hours since I placed my order. Still have not received it. The incompetent individual making the delivery did NOT see the process concluded until the end. He dropped my package in front of the building and couldn't wait to run off. I guess it was too much for them to hand the delivery to a live person. I thought that was the service I was paying for. I would recommend NEVER tipping them online, or in advance of receiving your order. You will get the same SHABBY treatment. Even better don't use Door dash at all. Take a walk on a beautiful fall day, and you will have the food in your hands while it's still hot and fresh.

I was given a gift card worth $50... it took a phone caĺl to customer service to get the credit added to my account. I placed an order and waited 45 minutes, only to get a message that my order was canceled. When I called back to ask why, I was told that DOORDASH had to review my case and I did not hear from them again. They stole my money... no response, no refund and no apology. DOORDASH is a dishonest and unscrupulous company.

Food much later than expected, therefore all was cold. Drinks watered down, shake melted to watery consistency. Very poor experience. Door dash takes no responsibility whatsoever. I got an "I'm sorry you feel this way". You pay a lot between food cost, delivery fee, and a generous tip. Never again!

This is very obvious. I made sure i put in the delivery instructions the hotel I was at and delivery instructions still got ignored. Doordash told me to take a Pic of the outside of my door. I did that and they still denied my refund. I mean come on the proof is right there. They took my order to the wrong hotel. Its literally right there in the pic. Doordash act like it was my fault that their driver got it wrong. How is it my fault their driver can't follow a GPS? They me paid for their mistake. Unbelievable. Don't order from them. Just use instacart. See pics.

The driver flat out lied and said he dropped it off. Lied and said someone “grabbed it” from him. This was supposed to be delivered to a high end hotel and no one would just grab it from him. Of course he couldn’t give a description.

dannyle.ig 40s Cancel my subscription and deleted the app! Food was never delivered! Requested a refund, they try to refund me $8.00 for a $30.00 order that never got delivered. BE AWARE!! With the proof of a photo from the dasher with no signs of food in the photo. DoorDash does not have integrity nor accountability to do what's right.

The driver lied about delivering my package. He did not follow my instruction to hand me the package instead he said it was delivered took a pic of an address across from my address and the pic did not show the package that he supposedly delivered. I was at the curb about 1 minute after he marked it delivered and I called him he text me back and stated the package was delivered. The driver is a liar and a thief and I will never use DoorDash again!

Don’t do it. You might get your food but if you add something you will be disappointed by the cost and how much your dasher is really getting,

I would leave no stars if I could. Door Dash stole money from me. Their driver left my order at a random persons house instead of my apartment. My address clearly shows my apartment number. When told about this and the driver said he left it at a house. I reached out to doordash and got the response of they can't give me a refund. When asked for my order they could not help me with that.

I have been using door dash for years and lately it's getting worse. Cancelled orders, orders taking hours, missing items and or wrong items. Today I ordered spicy chicken from Wendy's and the chicken was regular and they feel it's okay and it doesn't warrant a refund. Wow so who is deciding what I am going to eat. I may stop using them completely

If I could put 0 stars I would. The driver dropped my order at the wrong house and even had a picture to show it on the delivery notification. When I tried calling the driver no answer and vm was full. After 2 weeks of phone calls and emails giving me the run around they were only willing to reimburse me the tip. I finally filed a complaint online with BBB and provided all the information and was reimbursed in 2 days. Unfortunately it took filing a complaint to get my money back. I will never use DoorDash again 👎👎👎

Love Doordash. Don't care about the lies being told by the driver that was fired. Used them yesterday and my tacos were still crunchy when I got them and my drink still had ice and wasn't watered down. Thank you!
