I ordered from Perkins restaurant and bakery on 10/21/2022. I ordered two patty melt sandwiches with fries and 5 desserts. Chocolate silk pie, 2 chocolate cake, Carmel apple pie and apple pie all slices. I paid $69.00 for it all. When I didn’t get any of the desserts with the order I contacted door dash and they refused to give me my money back! That’s $34.24 lost to me. Perkins can’t do anything because it’s a third party refund so I have to go to DoorDash. Well door dash says I have too many claims and they will not be refunding the money.
If people paid attention to what they are doing then this wouldn’t happen. The only place my desserts could have ended up is with the DoorDash driver. DoorDash will rob you blind! I am an honest person and this just isn’t right at all. Whatever happened to the days you got what you paid for or you get your money back??? I am so livid right now! I can prove I didn’t get the desserts and I still can’t get my money back from DoorDash. I lived on DoorDash and they just lost a lot of business! I will never use it again. It’s very obvious in the picture that there is not two dinners and 5 slices of pie in the picture that the door dash driver took to prove delivery.
I’m sure they will monitor this review and block it from going through because it’s not a good review. They won’t do anything about it because they can get away with this. So so so wrong. And you can trust that this review is genuine!!
