Horrible! Received my order from Outback Steakhouse, burnt outside raw inside, entire order not edible. I returned the food order in full in person, had the manager sign the receipt returned in full. Do you think DoorDash refunded me in full? No absolutely not. They kept 15% for themselves. WHY? DoorDash customer service said it was because the order was delivered in full. That is true but it was also returned in full hence FULL REFUND not 15% less.
