I buy a lot from door dash and have done so for several years; I am a premier member, and I have sent meals to individuals in need of dinner till now. Many difficulties have arisen more frequently in the last year and a half. I order supper, and an entirely different entrée arrives; we've already waited up to 45 minutes, and asking to resend is useless! It would be beneficial for the drivers to take a moment to ensure that what is being handed to them is what was ordered! It's not a difficult step to take. After one too many failures this month, I will no longer be a prime. Apparently Door Dash has grown to a size doing what is right is no longer a priority!
