Ordered door dash 7 pm on Sunday from Outback Steakhouse. Driver stopped half way and delivered to another customer. We saw this on the computer as we watched for our delivery. Upon arriving at our home he tried to give us an order from Arby's. We told him that was the wrong order. He was shocked but said, "wait, I can fix it.". He drove off. We watched on line as he drove back to the first delivery, the one he gave our steaks to and traded the orders. Keep in mine they were 13 minutes away each trip. He tried to bring us the food that the people had gotten in error, maybe started to eat! We got on the computer chat on Doordash and told them this was not acceptable!! hey gave us a credit and told us to reorder, which we did getting our steaks after 9 pm. I was told a supervisor would look over this and get back within 24 hours. Two days later I called and they said they would look into to it, call back in a couple days! Horrible customer service and shocking that the driver would try to bring us food that the other people had for over 20 minutes!
