If I could give -1 I would. In the past I ordered food from a certain restaurant. The restaurant was out of business and HAD BEEN since sometime during covid. That's a long time for Door Dash to not remove the restaurant from their menu options. But they hadn't, and I waited about an hour to find out. Around the same time my daughter ordered food and it got delivered to the wrong address. She had to fight hard to get her money back. TODAY I ordered beer. Delivery was late (as usual). When the guy got here I gave him my drivers licence, (apparently they need to scan it). I turned 66 yesterday. My DL expired approx 15 hours before the delivery so it wouldn't work on the scammer. He refused me the delivery, took the beer but I was still charged for it. They won't give me my money back because it comes under some 'policy' about alcohol. They won't even give my tip back.
