The last 2 times I've ordered from Matzatlan Restaurant in Enumclaw, WA, I've had missing food items. For whatever reason, DoorDash would not compensate me on my missing food items. How fair is it, when you pay for something you didn't receive and DoorDash chooses not to fix it. I did call the restaurant and they too were disappointed that DoorDash dropped the ball. The restaurant is going to compensate me for the missing food. I was told by DoorDash that it had something to do with their policy. They never did give me a straight answer. DoorDash is getting away with free money. My money and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm a very good customer, I spend a lot on my orders and I tip well. I may have to start using Uber Eats. You're losing a valuable customer, DoorDash.
