I tried to become a dasher, I tried to sign up on the app, was declined because they could not verifiy my identity. Turns out that I had my glasses on while taking a picture and it did not match with my drivers license. Turns out there is no way to fix this? Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. I have clearances from my past job, had many background checks working in the banking industry, hold Mortgage license , been a notary republic, hold a Nexxus pass which you are totally verified for and cannot get verified for a simple delivery job? The representatives trying to help are very nice but don't have a clue. So much misinformation. Very disapointed in this company and cannot believe they do not have a fix. I actually feel like its discrimination since I am older and just got shut down. Wow someone should spread the word.
