A true scam. I ordered at 11am was told food would get to me by 11:58. At 12:11 I received notification it would be another 52 minutes. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but after being in a chat with customer service for over 30 minutes (because they take forever), I was told that the driver was at the store picking up the food, so I could not get a refund. I checked tracking about 15 minutes later and no one was at the store and it was still another 52 minutes before I would get my food. Still have not received the food.
