The customer service at DoorDash is the worse I’m convinced they hire anybody because the workers and a guy named Julius to be specific gave me a very hard time with helping me when I was tryna get my credit back for a order I did not receive, telling me I would have to wait 24hrs for the team to receive the case then tell me how long I would have to wait to get my refund back when I KNOW for a fact it doesn’t take that long, they need to hire people who LOVE doing there job not HATE it because if you don’t have the patience or maturity to handle customers the correct way you have no business in that department period and I’m tired of these jobs hiring people like that and leaving people who jus want there order right to deal with them and that’s why things get out of hand. These jobs have to do better with there hiring process and really get to know who you have running your company because they gonna run you right out of business. DoorDash is definetly a last resort because of how bad the business is, DO BETTER DOORDASH.
