Dasher "India" left my food order sitting on the concrete in front of a door outside, that was not only the wrong business, and wrong suite, the parking lot had 2 cars in it on the back side of a building containing multiple businesses and suites. Could NOT follow directions. The delivery option clearly allowed me to enter the suite number which I did. No phone call - nothing. "My order was securely delivered" ROFL. And a picture of my hot lunch sitting in plastic bag in front of a door, that was on the backside of a building unused - with only 2 cars in the parking lot (a clue). Literally the walk was almost 1/2 mile around to the back side of the complex to find out which door my food was left at. Dashers are not intelligent enough to read the delivery instructions. Not that hard - building #1234 suite #123 company name "ABCD" - wow, just wow. So done with DoorDash. Called DoorDash customer service - got put on indefinite hold with music.
