Consistently the W O R S T service I have ever experienced.
This is how nearly every order I have ever gotten from grubhub goes, and for some reason I've ordered from them 25+ times thinking things would change. The drivers consistently do not read my notes on the order and ignore my messages. I've had to ask for refunds at LEAST 4 times now. The food is consistently right but it doesn't justify going through this headache over and over again. Safe to say I'm officially dropping Doordash and going ubereats.
