I accidentally placed an order and canceled it 2 seconds after I realized what happened. Never got the food, but doordash is denying me a refund. They basically stole $30 from me. I’m still highly upset. I understand that yes I mistakenly placed it but like it said I canceled immediately. There was not enough time for food to be made or a driver to be assigned. At first an agent said they processed my refund, but over a week later I check the status of it and they say they refuse to refund me.
