I got my food delivered and has items missing. Asked for help via live chat, got joke employee Roberto who offered nothing to help me, not to re-deliver, not to compensate or anything. He then abruptly ended the chat when I asked him if he wanted to ask management for a final decision on this. I am going to cancel my Door Dash account and reverse the charges with my bank. This company is a joke with poor customer service quality representatives.
