It was MY fault that I tried to order a pick up at a local Great Harvest... that somehow went through Door Dash. My husband went to pick it up and GH didn't even have an order, then later the manager at the GH wrote to tell me the DoorDash driver arrived to pick it up, but they didn't have our order and due to language difficulties, they couldn't reorder it. So... DoorDash is still charging us.
Due to my spouse and I working full time, we need to use services like this. I will make DAMN sure if DoorDash is the delivery service, I won't use it. And I will tell EVERYONE I know about this experience. Never again. I wish I could make it Negative stars. What a horrible experience.
I don't blame Great Harvest. We have eaten there for decades and they immediately responded to our complaint, but it was DoorDash who took our money.
