When an order was wrong like missing items or incorrect items you would receive a credit for the error. Now that is not happening and it is too expensive to keep receiving incorrect or missing items and it is not worth it to continue using Doordash for the added INCONVENIENCE of errors. It was worth it when it was convenient but to pay for things that are wrong is not right. It feels like a punishment to the customer for things beyond their control. I will not recommend it to anyone else and instead will now return to my old ways of dining since then I can have control over the errors and the restaurants are more than happy to correct them. You should have taken these type of problems into account when designing your business. You probably just assume that the customer is lying and maybe some of them are but for those of us who are not you are the problem.
