I wrote to them because I got chow mein where it upset my stomach. I went back and looked at the leftovers and noticed the chicken was not done. They supposedly escalated the matter and came to the conclusion that they could not offer a refund. If I had told them that something was missing or that it was cold or burnt, they would refund it. But not for something that could potentially have made me even sicker than it did. Unacceptable. I've had issues with them before but this is the last time.
