Save yourself the trouble and don't use Doordash. I ordered $113 worth of food. Driver gave food to the wrong person. Unable to get refund. Contacted them multiple times asking for explanation why. My support chat was ended by them multiple times (every time I asked why I couldn't get a refund). I requested a supervisor multiple time and they refused. Eventually someone told me a supervisor would contact me and you guessed it...received no call. Screenshot saying someone would contact me uploaded. Horrible customer service. Horrible. I will not be using doordash moving forward.
