I did a double dash. Where you order from two different stores without an extra delivery charge. Both got picked up but only one got delivered. Dasher took two pictures of the same bag! I was decline a refund because the week before they forgot a shake. It got put up for a re-review and it was declined again! Doesn’t anyone look at the pictures? It was obviously the same picture taken at 2 different angles. I keep getting told for the last 4 days that it will be submitted again and I will get a decision in 24 hours. Today I asked for a supervisor. I was told they would call me back in approximately 10 minutes as the were busy helping another customer. 2 hours later and no call. Once I finally get my $36 plus change back I will be deleting my account!
