I stopped using DoorDash awhile ago because there was always an issue and went to Grub hub but the other day the Grub hub website wasn’t working so I decided to use DoorDash again. Of course there was an issue and they gave me the wrong stuff so I complained and got a little bit of money back. Well I used it again today to use up the balance I had and there was items missing this time. You can clearly see in the picture the driver took that there is no 2 liter of soda or milkshake and DoorDash is giving me a problem now with getting my money back for it. They said they were sending my issue to a Special Team. Whatever that is. How hard is it to look at the picture YOUR driver took and see the stuff is missing and give me my money back? It’s ok! I’ll be disputing it with my credit card company now. I’m not paying for stuff I did not receive. The food was also cold and trash but that’s not what I’m complaining about. I just want my money back for the stuff I didn’t get.
