My boyfriend ordered me food and the driver took it to the wrong house. We told her it was the wrong house she said the app took her the wrong place. I’ve ordered through doordash myself with the same address and never had a problem. She mad the mistake I never got my food and it so happened that my card is linked to my boyfriends and it charged me. Idc about it charging me but the food never came and the driver made the mistake Doordash keep saying it doesn’t qualify for refund! This is very frustrating when the driver made the mistake and they won’t take responsibility!
