Had to cancel my Dash Passdue to leaving good outside or coming out to get it but the main concern was they were not honoring promo codes sent through push notifications. Then found out I was paying yearly not monthly for what I signed up for. They started off good then just didn't care about customer service satisfaction and dasher doing a half a** job! They said promo didn't start till 10/1 when I provided a screen shot and tried nothing to resolve the issue. Therefore canceled! I replied both chat and telephone. Telephone twice since the first representative hung up on me and the chat was unsussuful. Very rude customer service!
