OK, so i had 2 orders same time, so i understand this could be confusing, but you delivered 1, did not deliver the other...luckily the one you delivered was the $131 one, but no biggie, i'll just call your customer support. hahahahah you gotta be kidding. they ask me to provide a photo - i asked how do i give you a photo of what i didn't get - then they tell me they are escalating it to their 'resolution team', because i guess resending what i paid for is too hard... so i go along and wait for the email (an email, you're kidding) and get this: You recently reported an issue with your DoorDash order. We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but we based our decision on a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history.
