We were missing an item from our order. The restaurant apologized and acknowledged that it was missing, but told us that our refund would need to go through DoorDash. DoorDash did not refund us for the item and denied our appeal.
Here is their reasoning... Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any support or compensation with this issue due to our credit and refund policies. I recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but DoorDash bases this decision on an analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history.
So learn from our situation... don't use DoorDash.
