I order 1000s of dollars of food each year from DD. We caregive in the home and need this service frequently. I would say 75% of our orders are correct and on time.
But 25% are not and I report them. Recently, DD put a flag on my account that read: It appears we can't get it right with you (something like that). We are going to have to review your account before you can have a refund.
Now, that would have really irritated me if I was missing an item or something was cold. BUT it was neither! I just wanted to get a message to the Dasher. That's it. This prompt immediately came up under the "help" button.
That really put me off. Guilty until proven innocent.
DD - just so you know - 75% of 1000s is still a few 1000.
