Dasher left my food on the ground with bag wide open. Doordash has done this several times with my food, leaving it on the ground refuse to give me a refund refuse to take my payment method off of their app. I messaged the Dasher and ask her why she left my food on the ground when the instruction specifically said leaving a chair she said because she had a hard time finding my house so she left it on the ground.
