I ordered food for my daughter in college since she was sick. She never received her noodle soup. Then we checked the map on doordash and found it was delivered to an address which is half campus away. It is not clear which dorm the noodle soup was delivered. I tried to connect with the person who delivered the soup and find out what was the exact location. After clicking the connect button on doordash, the page kept spinning. I asked for refund and was rejected. I talked to AI chatbot and told I would get an email in 1 hour regarding to the issue. After 3 hours, I didn't get any update. I contacted the agent on doordash. First they said they can not refund due to their policy. I said I don't understand if I didn't get my order why I can't get refund. Then the agent said they can not refund because the system can't process the refund. And they apologize They said they will help next time if I use their system again. I believe I won't use their system. And I think people should be aware doordash does not guarantee the delivery and they don't refund if anything happened.
