There comes a point where they will stop refunding you for mistakes on orders. For someone who spent a bunch of money on the app and was honest when an order was right or wrong, this completely nonsensical and bad for their business and you. They should lose any customers that experience this which in turn will lose them exorbitant amounts of money. Stupid is what stupid do. Unfortunate because I appreciated the app before this. Also unfortunate because most orders are seemingly wrong so I can't say there's any reason to use doordash anymore.
