On May 18th I plaaced an order on DoorDash. They automatically charged me for a $96.00 annual DoorDash Pass that i did not authorize. I called customer support and was on hold for an hour, so decided to go through the app, and I had to use many ways to get an agent to talk to. They admitted that it wasn't right but since I placed an order there is nothing they can do. Now on their app when I placed my order there was nothing about a doordash pass renewal or the amount. I found out from my bank. Support still would not help me or credit back my money. This company is horrible. So they get to have $96.00 of my money, I will never use them again. For others be aware of everyone of the orders you place and what they charge you right away. Horrible way to do business.
