I recently ordered from door dash. By the time my food came it was cold and my drink was missing. The dasher didn’t speak English and when I went on the app to request another drink they told me they couldn’t and to request a refund. Then they denied my refund. DoorDash clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Terrible experience. I recommend using any other delivery service such as grub hub, waiter, favor, or postmates.
